I love the hotel overall, but I feel as though I was scammed by Expedia, who charge me an additional cost for breakfast, when breakfast is included (free) as a part of staying at the hotel. Also, please do not be fooled by the hotel Positive reviews, they offered me Floating breakfast to do a review after my first night. Which I did, for a review, but later on in the night, I was bitten up by Mosquitoes. Or Bed bugs. I can’t say for sure.

they entered into the villa without my permission to serve the breakfast. i did not reply to telephone as I was not ready for the breakfast and they quietly entered into the villa by unlocking the main gate with the duplicate key without any knock or warning. its highly unprofessional of them. I will never stay and would never recommend this villa. for me its not a small matter. its breach of privacy.

Le personnel est très sympathique et agréable. Établissement très propre et excellent. Ils nous ont donné des conseilles sur les lieux à visiter, sur ce que nous devions faire attention (les taxis), ... Ils appelaient les taxis et nous accompagnaient jusqu’à ce que l’on monte dans le taxi :) C’était vraiment une excellente expérience. La villa était très propre et grande pour passer un très bon séjour. Très bon déjeuner notamment.

Spacious villa. Free upgrade to floating breakfast due to low water pressure. Amazing service crews and staffs, with pleasant smiles at all time. Staffs able to communicate well and fluently in English. Especially Yurika and Alit, both were very attentive and helpful. Amenities are great. 改装中で泊まれなかった

チェックインをする時に、「今は改装中で泊まることが出来ない」と言われました。値段もクレジットで既に払っていたのですが、お金は返ってきませんでした。その代わりに予約と同じ部屋なタイプのヴィラがあるからそっちに泊まって欲しいと言われ、そこに無料で泊まりました。その場所も素敵な場所だったので良かったのですが、もし納得のいく場所じゃなかったらと思うとヒヤヒヤしました。

Great location close to most things, nice walk but if you have a young family it would cost a couple of dollars for a cab ride. Staff where excellent and very helpful. great place for girls stay or even a family stay. we couldn't fault this place will recommend to our friends and family. Will stay here again with no issues.

Our experience of staying at Bali cosy was absolutely amazing. The staff were very polite and helpful. The Villa was very clean, neat and tidy. Location was good, we were able to catch a quick/cheap cab to beaches, shops, restaurants and activities.
