Seen better days

A very tired hotel. Pool areas have seen better days that’s for sure. The location is great. The service and staff are amazing. But the hotel has no atmosphere and the as I said above the pool areas have seen better days. The top pool was filthy and missing so many tiles that it was dangerous. The pool equipment ie deck chairs need to be binned. Also top pool had very limited shade. Bedrooms were fine but I had to change room as shower wasn’t working and same with my two fellow travellers. In summary I think for what you get it’s overpriced but the staff are fantastic.

Lovely people as always and the service is great. bedrooms cleaned and prepped everyday but the bathrooms could do with some scrubbing for the block spots. all up very homey and love the location.

It was close to everything you need. Shopping restaurants money exchange laundry. Traffic can be a bit noisy ay night. Mostly the motorcycles. Housekeeping was a bit slack on one of the days just later in the day and forgot to leave fresh towels. It was sorted quick enough though. Would have been great to have an actual swim up bar. Top floor pool area had a bar close to the pool but not a swim up bar. Staff are always friendly. I didnt get breakfast included but did go once and there is a good selection. I would stay again.

Happy hour is very fun and affordable. The staff was exceptional. Walking distance to the Main Street in Legian. The pools were small, but they are still ok. They just need more seating for tanning.

Very noisy day and night then they tried to charge us for bloodied sheets and a broken cup, then the driver to the airport tried to over charge us telling the hotel we hadn’t paid. Not happy won’t be back and would not recommend.
