Everyone made me welcome. I stayed for 30 days and the staff went out of their way to see that I had anything they could do to help me. Particular mention for front desk Dinda, who was a very intelligent and kind person. Nothing was too much trouble, and her English conversation was excellent.

Shower rose was the wrong fitting which was quickly rectified much appreciated.
There seemed to be a mix up with the free breakfast - we were expecting a buffet but got to choose off the menu which was fine. But the next day we were only allowed to choose 1 item per section. But then the next day we could have whatever we wanted - new staff last day.
The spa massage sessions offered were in your room on your bed - massage table would have been more hygienic.
