The house is fully renovated and has a large fenced garden that will delight children. The house consists of a main house with terrace (kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms separate toilet and shower) and a T2 type apartment (with shower and toilet) and integrated into the adjoining main house. Near the villa, you can find a very lively and many local producers / fishing market. Everything can be done by bicycle!

Superschönes Haus, perfekt fĂŒr uns!!!!

Wir waren drei Wochen in Cap Ferret und haben unseren Urlaub sehr genießen können. Das Haus ist wunderschön und perfekt fĂŒr uns und unsere GoldimĂ€dels. Wir hatten viel GlĂŒck mit dem Wetter und konnten sehr oft zum nahegelegenen Atlantikstrand gehen. Einzig schade war, dass in Cap Ferret und der Umgebung ab September viel schließt wie z.B. MĂ€rkte etc. Ganz easy kommt man vom Hafen mit einem Boot innerhalb einer halben Stunde nach Arcachon. Einem Besuch in Bordeaux sollte man auch unbedingt einplanen😅. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub, dem Haus hat nichts gefehlt und die Kommunikation mit HĂ©lene absolut super. Die Terrasse ist wie auf den Bildern ein Traum, großer Garten zum toben und Platz fĂŒr die Autos auf dem GrundstĂŒck. Pfote hoch auch von unseren Goldis😍 Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!!

Super séjour dans cette maison trÚs agréable

Cette maison est parfaite pour un séjour au Cap Ferret en famille et/ou entre amis. Située à l'extrémité de la presqu'ile, à 10mn en vélo du centre et des plages surveillées, elle est au calme et dans un environnement agréable. Tout peut se faire à vélo au Cap Ferret, et chaque trajet fait finalement partie des vacances. Elle est aussi à 2 pas des plages du bassin et de celles plus sauvages du cÎté océan (idylliques, mais non surveillées donc prudence). La maison est confortable, propre et fonctionnelle, avec une trÚs grande terrasse idéale pour les dßners entre amis autour du barbecue. Le studio attenant à la maison était parfait pour notre ado de 16 ans et ses 4 copains. HélÚne et Fabrice sont charmants et l'accueil ainsi que le départ se sont trÚs bien passés. Nous recommandons pleinement et avons hùte d'y retourner !

Nous avons passĂ© une semaine dans cette maison familiale, idĂ©ale pour nos ados avec une partie indĂ©pendante qui jouxte la maison. Son jardin est trĂšs agrĂ©able et clos (nous avons un petit chien). La dĂ©coration est simple, mais suffisante pour les vacances. La situation est parfaite avec l’acces Ă  pied Ă  l’ocean comme au bassin, les commerces sont Ă  portĂ©e de vĂ©lo. Nous n’avons jamais sorti la voiture du jardin. HĂ©lene et son mari sont charmants, accessibles et disponibles.
