Located in the village of Lège, one of the charming villages of the commune of Lège Cap Ferret, our architect-designed villa opens its doors to you for your stay on the Arcachon Bay. This location will be ideal for discovering all the riches of the Cap Ferret peninsula and the Atlantic coast, the first ocean beaches of which are 7 km away; the cycle path passing in front of the house will allow you to quickly reach the cycle path which will take you to the Grand Crohot beach in about 30 minutes by bike through the forest in complete safety. The villa is located in a quiet and pleasant residential area. In fine weather (from June to the end of September), you will enjoy a 9m² hexagonal above-ground swimming pool (1.10m deep), a ping-pong table is also at your disposal. You will benefit from an enclosed and shaded garden as well as a large terrace with garden furniture, relaxation lounge, deckchairs and electric plancha. As soon as you enter the villa, you will be seduced by the volume and brightness of the triple-exposure living room; you will find an entrance, a large living room with television and upright piano (for the most music lovers) and the dining room. An adjoining equipped kitchen, just as bright, will allow you to prepare your meals in a friendly atmosphere. On the ground floor there are also two bedrooms (each equipped with a 160x200 bed), an office / library space set up in a hallway, a shower room, a separate toilet and a laundry room with washing machine and cleaning equipment. A beautiful staircase will take you upstairs to a master suite (not closed) equipped with a 160x200 bed and an extra 90x190 bed, with a solarium terrace and bathroom with corner bathtub and toilet. Sheets (beds made upon arrival), towels, table linen and heating (gas) are included in the price. Parking on the property (2 to 4 cars depending on their size). Pets are welcome (€50 deposit).
