Very well equipped: washing machine, dishwasher, fridge + freezer, vitroceramic cooker and multifunction oven, mobile air conditioner. Bathroom.
Refurbished recently.

I booked this accommodation on Expedia. The description did not match the VRBO listing. The bedroom was not described as being in a loft with a dangerous ladder access. Also VRBO uncharged for linens (€50) and cleaning (€60) though the Expedia listing was for all charges We notified Expedia & VRBO that for safety reasons we could not stay there. No assistance, solutions, alternative lodging or cancellation was offered. Expedia should rethink their partnership with VRBO. We were forced to obtain more costly accommodations. It was a nightmare

Très correct dans l’ensemble

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances entre amies au cap ferret car par chance il a fait beau, la piscine est vraiment grande est très agréable, l’emplacement est idéale! L’appartement a sans doute été refait récemment. Cependant l’appartement est extrêmement bas de plafond et inapproprié pour les gens de plus d1m80. Cela entraîne de fortes chaleurs la nuit et une climatisation plus que capricieuse. L’appartement est indiqué pour 4 personnes maximum mais le canapé « lit » n’est absolument pas confortable surtout pour 2. - Il faudra débourser pour le ménage ainsi que la location de serviettes et de draps.. ce qui alourdi la facture. En résumé l’appartement est très bien pour y passer un court séjour ou être souvent dehors. Si vous avez des enfants en bas âge (chambre mezzanine) ou êtes plutôt grands cela ne sera pas forcément adapté.

Bel emplacement, appartement lumineux

J'ai apprécié mon séjour dans cet appartement qui est bien situé, il est très central, proche de toute commodité et à 2 pas du bassin d'Arcachon. L'appartement est lumineux et très fonctionnel, on ne manque de rien. Et mes échanges (par email et téléphone) avec le gérant furent parfaits. Je recommande ce logement.
