We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. Our flight arrived at 6am and they were kind enough to let us check-in early. The lobby looked nice and welcoming. On our first day at the hotel, we were given an ala carte menu to choose from for breakfast (there were very few choices) but on our second day, there was a breakfast buffet. I was confused by the inconsistency. The pros: - Friendly staff. - The room looked great. Not much of a view but the room was spaceous and comfortable. - The bathroom was okay. - There were complimentary popcorns and foot or back massages (when we availed of the free massage, we were only massaged for less than 10 minutes as there was only one attendant.) - The food were delicious but very pricey. The cons: - The pool has a few green algae in the pool. - The pool was small and had very few chairs. - When we got to the room, there were a few things missing: towel, hand towel, and slippers. - The walls are thin so you'll here the noise from the outside. - They were renovating parts of the hotel. Our overall experience was great and I highly recommend it to tourists. The staff were approachable and very accommodating. It also looked nice.
I did two events here needing access to Google docs while the workshop is going on. The internet is dysfunctional. Intermittent connection. My room also had no internet, but the staff responded by installing a router in my room. The rooms and food are ok though.
not wooow hotel but is ok , service was very good ,you can have early check in ,fast wi fi ,free pick up from air port . negative thinks :you need to improve in the clearance , hot water in shower no available .
We booked through agoda so not sure if it would have been allowed for all of us to stay in a room. We were a family of 5, 1 child so we were separated to 2 rooms. We liked the service here because all of our requests were accommodated: 1. Early check-in (so early service from airport to hotel) 2. Tour recommendations 3. Early check-out then we were given packed meals for breakfast (since we needed to go before the buffet for breakfast opens) 4. Their staff is very much approachable also. Also, we enjoyed their compliments: 1. Drinking water for each room, refilled every day 2. Popcorn stubs for each adult checked in 3. 15 mins body or foot massage for each adult checked in 4. Fast wi-fi connection Things that some may be looking for that they have: 1. Swimming pool 2. Breakfast buffet 3. Located in the city so they have easy access to malls, restaurants and transpo vehicles Challenges but not a big deal for our family: 1. Only 6 can fit in their elevator (they have just one) 2. No nice view from the window, atleast when you're in the 5th floor.
The location is quiet convenient for everybody because it is located in the heart of Legazpi City. I love the entrance white wall and the huge vases are very pleasing to the eye. In particular, I super love the food esp. the seafood spaghetti, the lucious pizza and most importantly the staffs were friendly too.
Service was very good. Spa very good especially Miss Honey. Rooms clean but need to revise bathroom. The shower (in both rooms) had hardly or no hot water. The rubber around the glass shower enclosure is old and dirty.
Very dissapointing . I booked with this hotel because 1. It was recommended in another booking site and had fair reviews . 2. For a business hotel in the province the rates were acceptable . However , these are things the owners might want to look into 1. Furnishings are old / aged 2. The rooms smell old and aged 3. It was a creepy feeling everytime you go back to your room at the end of the day with the hallway smelling of chlorine ( it smelled more like a hospital than a hotel) 4. I had to ask for my beddings / linens to be changed , it definitely smelled used and seemed like housekeeping just fixed up the room without changing the bed linens. 5. There was no "warm" shower , there was only "very hot" or "very cold" , shower temp could not be adjusted 6. NO WIFI in the room seriously !!! In this day and age ??? 7. Very few choices for breakfast 8. I even had to request for new slippers as the ones inside the room were no longer wrapped in plastic and was obviously used already I can go on and on ... Saving grace as I said is the location as it is walking distance from the major malls banks convenient stores etc And the staff are very very courteous and pleasant specially the front office lady APRIL and everyone else. If only for these , my 3 night stay was bearable otherwise I would have just transferred to another hotel . And yes my colleagues met the very pleasant and sweet old lady who happens to be the owner of the hotel.
The hotel is well located, walking distance to the square. The staff is friendly and helpful. However, our room was in bad shape with big rust/water stains in the closet, no wash cloths (the housekeeper said it will come the next day), the air conditioner can't be controlled, there was a big fly and a big roach came out from somewhere. The public areas are in better shape. The breakfast service was good and I enjoyed the warm milk they put out with the coffee. Too bad I can't recommend this place based on the room experience.
The place is clean, and has good airconditioned room. Staff are accommodating and friendly. Breakfast is free and it is good. What more, it is conveniently located at the heart of the city. Accessible to everything. Hotel price is reasonable. Free wifi, of course!
the hotel is in downtown legazpi city with commercial establishments surrounding it. parking space is available and also family room. although the buffet at the hotel's restaurant need a lot more to be desired. the family room and service is okay. complimentary massage available also.
