Beautiful terrace around the villa with view to the harbor, a big dining area with portable BBQ and contcreat seats with pool and sea view is always appreciated during the day and night. A second sitting room, joined to the house, ideal for relaxation or some refreshing drinks…
A few steps down, is the private swimming pool with overflow (9m x 4m), summer shower and a big terrace to sunbathe. An area with sunbeds, surrounded by vegetation and protected by a stretched canvas, offers a nice view to the little harbor.
Lower, a relaxing hammock among the beautiful olive grove with the charming song of the cicadas is connecting the house directly to the beach.

Kindly be advised that the owner of the villa has done all necessary proactive disinfestation, always in line to the environmental laws for the protection of the natural life. However the property is located within the beautiful natural surroundings and contact with insects or small animals (eg stray cats, mice, reptiles, flies, mosquitos, ants etc) cannot always be prevented.

If the size or configuration of your group changes before arrival and differs from your original booking, additional charges may apply.
