We visited for our first time as family of 4, we loved the location.

We visited for our first time as family of 4, we loved the location. Sivato bay is closeby and lovely restaurants. Also shops and boat hire very close. All the towns are in driving distance and beaches too. Anastasia, the lady who met us at check in and cleaned was very sweet, always helpful when I messaged her a question. The house is clean and neat. The pool is lovely with a superb view. We stayed for 2 full weeks and loved spending time at the house and out and about exploring. Preveza airport is about an hour away. A car is highly recommended. Aircons work well and is definitely needed during summer holidays.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in
Disliked: Location, listing accuracy
The property was small but clean and well appointed. An upside down house which was a little annoying if you were out by the pool and wanted a drink. It was a hassle back to the kitchen but fair enough. My only real gripe was that this property is up a steep hill opposite to the marina. It was suggested a 10 - 15 mins walk to restaurants and shops. Not true at all. It 30 - 40 mins walk in searing heat down very steep sections of at times uneven ground. Once on the marina, it’s bustling with a range of shops, bakeries and restaurants. We did organise taxi back up as walking back was out of the question but it was 30 euro one way!!! It’s hard to say if I would recommend this residence. It was a lovely week but honestly, there is literally nothing around it other than a couple of others villas. Certainly no nipping out for milk, wine or beer!! We will not return but if you fancy an escape away, it’s ideal. Just get a car or lots of euros for taxis. The house keeper was adorable by the way. Very sweet lady.
