It is only 15 minutes walking distance ( 1 km ) where you can find many bars, tavernas, souvenirs and watch the never ending come and go of the numerous yachts. Completely autonomous, with a private parking area, each with 110sqm built in two levels, large verantas overlooking the swimming pool and a total private land of about 800 sqm for each villa.
