Serene private villa with pool and panoramic seaviews

Villa Daphne of Inoro villas offers an ideal getaway destination for those looking for privacy and total serenity, enjoying an elegant blend of comfortable living with all modern amenities within an unspoiled natural environment! Our villa benefits from being within walking distance from the picturesque traditional village of Katouna (550m), about 2.5kms away from the fishing village of Lygia and just 6kms from the town of Lefkada which is the entrance to the island.

The villa is 100sq.m. within a c. 1.500 sq.m. plot of land, surrounded by olive trees and lush vegetation. It features 3 tastefully decorated bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 are en-suite) and splits into two levels. The ground floor level hosts the villa’s main entrance, its living areas, one double bedroom with ensuite bathrooms, one bedroom with 2 single beds and additional bathroom with shower. The open plan kitchen and sitting room area are full of light and fully equipped. The kitchen has fitted appliances including 4 ceramic hobs, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, espresso maker, juicer etc. The dining area and the sitting room also feature a fireplace and enjoy wonderful, panoramic views of a long olive grove and the sea at its end. There is a large veranda extending out of the dining area with outdoor dining furniture with wonderful uninterrupted views. The first floor features one more double bedroom with ensuite bathroom.

The pool area is located, at a bit lower grounds than the ground floor area. Sunbeds and sun umbrellas around the swimming pool (4.5m x 9m) offer the ideal setting for complete relaxation.

The villa is fully air conditioned, with satellite TV, DVD/CD player and wifi internet connection.
Inoro villas consist of villa Phaedra (4 bed) and villa Daphne (3 bed) which are located at a distance to each other, within a plot of land of 3.000 sq.m. The plot is split in half so that each villa enjoys its own 1.500 sq.m. of surroundings. Each villa’s boundaries are clearly separated by both a fence and olive trees.

Awesome experience for Kiwi/Bristol family

Fantastic hosts who will truly look after you, starting with the welcome pack and great recommendations and help. A lovely family property at a really good value point, airconditioning, well equipped kitchen (though no potato peeler), clean and spacious with a lovely pool. Hidden gem is the expresso machine, not flash but perfect for us flat white addicts. Definitely need a car but close drive to Lefkas town where there is everything you need and a smaller supermarket at the bottom of the hill. BBQ there but we didn't use, washing machine and three bathrooms very handy. Would stay again for sure and happy to recommend to others looking for a good value, quiet, very comfortable property for a family.

Very nice, well equipped and organized house. Pictures are 1:1. Helpful hosts. Prompt answers. Easy. Beautiful location. Quiet. Nice view on distant see and city of Lefkada. Close to the center of Katouna village with two decent tavernas and cafe. Ten minutes by car to 2 sizeable supermarkets in Lefkada, 5 min to closest one in Ligia. We spent relaxing week with our kids and dog. Thank you.
