Alegria Elegant is a comfortable and modern villa at a total size of 100 m2 surrounded by olive trees, in an enclosed area of 1600m2. It is conveniently located 4 km from Lefkada town, at the seaside village of Ligia in a quiet area. Lygia is at a distance of 11 km from Nidri, 5 km from Agios Ioannis beach, 9 km from Agios Nikitas and 10 km from Kathisma . At the picturesque harbor of Ligia you will find fishing boats and fish taverns. All around there are also bakeries, fruit stores, mini markets, cafes, grill, pizzeria and restaurants. Within walking distance from thevilla to the main road there are a mini market and the bus stop.
The villa consists of two levels. At the ground floor there are the living room and the kitchen. In the living room there is a sofa, the TV with netflix account and a spacious dining table for four people where you can enjoy your lunch or dinner. The kitchen is separate, bright and fully equipped (fridge, built-in oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, nespresso machine,coffee maker).
Upstairs there are the main bathroom and three bedrooms: one double-bed room and two single-bed rooms.
The living room and the bedrooms on the first floor have individually controlled air conditioning (a /c). For families with children a baby highchair and a bed guard rail are available on your demand.
House cleaning, towel and linen change once a week are included in the price. The villa can sleep up to 4 guests.
