Beautiful 2 Villas that are perched up on the western mountain of Sivota bay.
When you climb up the steep road and reach the villas you discover the breathtaking views of both the picturesque bay of Sivota and some of the Ionian Islands.
Each one of the Villas can contain up to 8 people and has its own private infinity pool.
Some of the best features of each one of the 2 Villas include the privacy, the amazing panoramic views, the phenomenal Veranda area that features a top of the line pool and the classic modern designs.
Alfresco villas located just a few minutes' drive from some of the most famous beaches in Lefkada, and 800 m from the picturesque village of Sivota Bay where you will find many fish taverns, mini markets, and boat rentals. As you walk into each one of the Villas you immediately walk into the ground floor and into an open plan living room/ dining room and kitchen area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you would need to whip up a meal of your choice.
The dining room area has a dining area that sits eight people and the living room has a comfortable lounge area for you to lay back and relax. Also situated on this floor is also a double bedroom, a single bedroom that has the option of sleeping two people via pull out bed, a half bathroom and a full bathroom with a bathtub.
As you walk up the stairs to the first floor you will find two double bedrooms with private balconies and full bathroom with showers.
The outside Veranda is an area of true beauty, and provides a cool breeze during August.
Here you will find an infinity pool, exterior kitchen with BBQ and bricks oven, a dining table, a shower and a comfortable lounge area.
