Not up to it's standard

Check-in was fast and staff was very friendly and courteous. I went to the room to drop off the luggage, and continue to meet at a family member's house. I gave a quick look over to the bathroom and immediately saw a wash towel so dirty that I threw it on the floor, before anybody used it. Since I was already late, I left after that. When we came in, for the night, there were only 2 bath towels for a 3 people reservation, and the office was closed. There was a sign to ring a bell that we never found. One of the hand towels was just disgusting, as it was the shower curtain. Pillow cases, well... Let's say Rodeway Inn is NOT up to the standard I'm used to, from the times I've stayed in at different places.
