Mailbox full People racing down the halls after 10pm Called front desk from cell about dog barking and hallway noise and they said there’s not much we can do. When I check out I let that staff member also know and she said “ok I will release the hold on your card. Have a good day”.

Our room thermostat was too high for me to reach and change because it was placed high, especially for a handicapped room. The room was very cold. The attendant on duty couldn't help because she is alone working. I suggest that this policy change at all properties, I don't think it is wise to have only one staff on duty.
