The living room has a TV with cable connection and DVD and a radio-CD combination. The kitchen has a stove, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and a cozy dining area. If laundry is required and needs to be washed, a washing machine can be used upon agreement. The apartment is on the first floor of the house from here you have a nice view of the garden. 

Renovated in 2017, this cozy, modern, non-smoking holiday apartment is located in the heart of the town of Leer.(Walk to the city center and train station 12 minutes). In less than 100 meters away you get fresh bread from the bakery, connect to the Dollard route or you can go shopping in the nearby shopping mall with supermarket, drugstore and various clothing stores and pharmacy and restaurants.
