This spacious holiday flat captivates with its open-plan timber structure, high-quality materials, stylish furnishings and lovingly chosen details, which lend it a very special atmosphere. Here you’ll find the ideal place to leave the hustle and bustle of everyday life behind, unwind to some relaxing music or cook together in the modern kitchen. Round off the day with a glass of wine and savour the soothing tranquillity of this exceptional accommodation.



Start the morning with a cup of coffee on the terrace and enjoy the sweeping views over the surrounding countryside – the house is situated right by the water’s edge. Listen to the sounds of nature, read a good book or spend relaxing hours outdoors. In the evening, the barbecue area is the perfect spot to round off the day in comfort. Guests also have access to a communal lounge in the annexe.



It is a spacious Gulf-style house, whose former barn has been converted into two separate holiday flats. The owners live in the front part of the house. Both holiday flats are completely separate from the main house and offer plenty of privacy. Look forward to a personal and peaceful atmosphere – ideal for those seeking relaxation and guests who appreciate a well-maintained setting.



Part of the former barn has not yet been converted and is available to holiday guests as a communal area. There you’ll find two swings, a small climbing frame, two further swings and a play area for our youngest guests (up to around five years old).



Discover the idyllic river landscape of the Leda on a canoe trip or a walk right on your doorstep. Enjoy the vastness of East Frisian nature with its meadows, woods and small lakes, or take a trip to the nearby town of Leer with its historic old town and cosy tea rooms. The ‘Fehnroute’ holiday trail and numerous regional attractions also invite you to explore East Frisia at a leisurely pace.
