room on second floor was very close to elevator and you could hear everything. Family of four stayed and in the morning when its time to shower, the shower wouldn't drain... The bathroom and sink area are really old, feels gross. My husband was so upset, we packed our things and checked out a day early. The desk offered to change our room, but not a chance we would stay another night. No refund either for the second night, we had to eat the cost of a bum hotel.

The price was affordable, so I expected a lower quality room and overall condition. I was pleasantly surprised. The front desk staff was friendly and easy to communicate with. Check-in was quick and simple. The room was warm, clean, and bright. The heater worked almost too well. Even turned all the way down, we had to crack the window to cool it off, which is rare to say in Leavenworth. The stay was very quiet and comfortable, and we slept well. My only recommendation would be to bring your own pillow. The five provided were a little flat. Other than that, you’ll get a great room at a phenomenal rate. Easy check-in, easy check-out, and an overall enjoyable stay. Would return
