Welcome to our serene and inviting lower unit, nestled within our charming home. This tranquil space offers a semi kitchen, a peaceful ambiance, and the perfect balance between privacy and comfort. We share the main entrance. I live on the second floor and you guys will have whole first floor. Guests can use the living area with a TV (amazon prime and Youtube) and the dining area with a - * Kitchen**: Enjoy the convenience of a kitchen equipped with essential amenities, allowing you to prepare meals and snacks during your stay. Guests can access back yard and patio. I am available 24/7 for your requirements, feel free to text anytime. I can help with anything within my range or stuff I got. Beautiful area to enjoy. 5 minutes to beach marina Leamington Boat Ferry. Ten minutes drive to Point Pelee National Park. Many wineries to enjoy wine tasting. Unique down town of with many Mexican food and many choices of family restaurants. Enjoy our next little charming little town of Kingville. It's only 10 minutes away. Enjoy the many restaurant and boutiques in this area. Leamington is very easy to get around by car NOTE: We do not have a separate entrance for this space. We've taken every effort to create a comfortable and respectful environment for our guests. Also i can arrange a one burner electric stove with bowls for a small cooking .

This home was perfect for our needs! Just my adult daughter and myself, we were out and about most always and just needed a clean, nice place to sleep. Our reason for this lodging versus a hotel was the fact that we each had our own bed, and own bedroom!! So we each had our own space and didn't feel crowded at all. We ate out most always, so didn't cook there, but the full size kitchen was a bonus for breakfasts and full refrigerator. Highly recommend this host!

After visiting family in Windsor we wanted to visit Point Peele National Park. Point Peele Haven Retreat was was an excellent decision for us.The Property made an excellent basecamp for us. It's location was close to amenities so we could preapare for a picnic in the park.It also had two spacious confotable bedrooms, and a comfortable couch that handled the four of us with lots of room to stretch out.Vik and Monika were winderful hosts who understand service and made every effort to make sure we were comfortable and happy.I would love to return to the region, and would hope the location is available to stay at again.
