On the Frio River! Over 2 acres of private river frontage. Located less than 1 mile from the shops and restaurants in downtown Leakey. Fully equipped kitchen, sheets, and towels. Plenty of room whether enjoying the shade on the deck or soaking up the sun on the banks of the Frio. Located across the street from The Pecan Farm, making a short walk(or tube) over for a cold drink and a meal!
*** We are currently under drought conditions and our river is struggling. We are praying for rain so the river is flowing full and living its best life.

Advance reservations must be made at both state parks as guests are limited.

The home was very clean, comfortable, and truly pet friendly, which made traveling with our dogs so easy and stress free.The owners were extremely helpful and responsive throughout our stay. They answered questions quickly and made sure we had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals together.One thing we especially appreciated was that towels and linens were provided.
