Belle propriété calme en cette saison,mais l équipement est incomplet, annonce à corriger car le linge n est pas fourni ,pas même une couverture.Equipement sommaire par ailleurs.

Gute Lage, nettes Apartment

Das Apartment bietet alles was es für einen Urlaub braucht. Die Anlage in der es sich befindet ist ruhig gelegen und fußläufig sind Stadtzentrum sowie der Strand gut zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war gut und unsere Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Mankos des Apartments sind einerseits die fehlende Klimaanlage in Kombination mit der Heizung, welche im Bad immer laufen muss. Zweites Manko ist der Parkplatz, der den Hunden und Katzen der Anlage als Toilette dient.

Une semaine dans cette location Un lit pour adulte de 1m40 à deux - canapé lit inutilisable sauf pour des enfants de moins de 12ans Les draps ont été fournis car on les a demandé Pas de fer à repasser alors qu il y a une machine à laver le linge même pas un chiffon Appartement sans climatisation un véritable four On paye 80€ de ménage je rends l appartement impeccable et j ai le droit à « l eau est calcaire ici il y a des petites traces « Je mets le linge utilisé de côté on me répond ….le tapis de bain est juste mouillé je vais le laisser pour le faire sécher pas besoin de le changer A fuir

Appartement agréable et fonctionnel situé dans une résidence calme et privative, à proximité du centre de LE PRADET (1 km). Le parking est un atout supplémentaire. Un bel accueil à notre arrivée. Nous recommandons fortement cette location.

Sehr schönes, modernes Ferienappartment mit nettem Vermieter!

Die Lage ist super! Man ist schnell am Strand/Meer und kann von hier aus auch viele verschiedene Ausflüge ins Hinterland machen. Die Küche ist toll ausgestattet und auch die 2 Balkone sind klasse. Das einzige Manko ist die fehlende Klimaanlage. Aber durch sie wird man meistens eh nur krank :-)
