Harmony Homes Le Plessis-Placy is a characterful Brie farmhouse set on the Multien plateau, among ponds, meadows and unspoiled villages, a short drive from Disneyland Paris. It's our largest house, and everything is ready so your group can simply be together: the big table where everyone dines side by side, a whole floor of games, a light-filled yoga studio, and evenings by the fireplace that stretch on late.

The pool isn't a "swimming" pool but a heated stainless-steel plunge pool, 3 x 2 m, set in the garden terrace. In summer it's where you cool off and where the children spend the afternoon. In winter, turned up warmer, it becomes a big warm bath with submerged benches, seating eight under the stars, and that's usually where the evening ends. Next to it, the terrace is shaded naturally, with no parasol to wrestle with.

650 m² fully renovated, blending generous historic volumes with everything modern group stays demand. 9 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms for up to 24 guests. A large living room with a fireplace and a piano for evening gatherings, and a big table where everyone dines together. A professional kitchen, hotel-quality bedding, linens provided, a utility room with washing machine and dryer, and those small details that make all the difference: coffee and essentials on arrival, board games.

Heated plunge pool and open air
A heated stainless-steel plunge pool, 3 x 2 m, in the garden: refreshing in summer, a big warm bath in winter with submerged benches seating eight. A naturally shaded terrace for meals outdoors, garden furniture, a children's play area, and the village grounds just steps away: pétanque, football and tennis, shared with local residents.

An entire floor dedicated to games
French billiards, foosball, poker, ping-pong, a light-up buzzer reaction game, a ball pit and children's games: a world of entertainment designed for all ages, day and night.

A space to reset and focus
A light-filled yoga studio of around 100 m², a professional kitchen equipped for culinary workshops, and a meeting room with dedicated equipment (projector, flipchart, notebooks and pens). For retreats, creative seminars or off-site working sessions, the house offers flexible spaces in a calm, natural setting. Your team will thank you.

Late check-out
Stay until 10 PM on Sundays. One last game of billiards, one last soak in the warm water, no clock-watching. It's our way of making the gathering last.
