The very pretty Cottage is fully equipped and very comfortable for 4 people, with private pool. In the middle of nature, surrounded by Deers, Birds and coconut trees and still only 50 meters from the lonely beach!

The Terrace is spacious and the room nicely furnished. The view from the bed overlooks the beautiful garden and large trees and the terrace gives sight on the beautiful landscape and mountain around the property. Very relaxing, away from all , a little paradise seldom to find!

The newly build Cottage is 30 meters from the Villa La Cocoteraie and 100 meters from Zaza, totally separate and discrete. Nobody will disturb you.

The House has 2 bedrooms , each with bathroom/wc en suite and Air Condition. Lounge and american kitchen opening onto a large terrace and salon.

There is a Pool and covered terrace with a wooden table and benches to enjoy great lunches or diners and a Salon to relax in the afternoon or a Cocktail evening.

The Housemaid comes 2 hours per day to clean. It is possible to have a cook for 2.50 Euros per hour.

There is a TV and Canal Sat, ADLS and Wifi.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator etc. .. and a washing machine.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at La Case Najoli. Communication with the host Dominique was easy and prompt throughout - and the Owner Elizabeth also visited us several times to check all was well - which was much appreciated.The facilities were as described in the listing - and the property was well equipped with all the essentials for our stay. There was a little confusion about the location of the washing machine which was in the pool house in the garden - which was fine.While the villa itself is quite rustic - this is exactly what we enjoy - and we found it to be very charming.We also enjoyed the birds, geckos, toads and various wonderful insects that visited us (except the inevitable tropical island mosquitoes) - and the bats, deer, cows and (wild) pigs that were sighted around the property. A housekeeper is available for cleaning and sheet/towel washing - but we preferred to do this ourselves - and Elizabeth and her team were very accommodating to this.The location is very convenient for the beach which is a short stroll away. The nearest takeout food (La Prairie Snack) is a little further in Le Morne - but is tasty and has very reasonable prices.For anything else food wise - apart from an ice cream from the van on the beach at weekends - a car is needed for a visit to La Gaulette- or further afield to Black River or Tamarin.Thank you again to Elizabeth, Robert and the whole team for a memorable and welcoming time -hope to see you all again soon.

Great Getaway

Nice accommodation in a lovely rural setting. The hoasts Robert and Elizabeth were so kind and helpful. We arrived following a cyclone - everywhere was flooded and we were delayed several hours in driving from the airport. Robert and Elizabeth waited for us and russled up some food and wine which was greatly appreciated. The grounds are.are very special and you are in the middle of farmland. There is an abundace of wildlife including birds,frogs,giant sails and every insect you can think of. Also wlld pigs but they can get in and dig up parts of the lovely gardens Guests should bring plenty of insect repellant because all of the abundant grassland is a breading ground for mosquitoes especially in the rainy summer months. We loved the cottage but it is less private than one might imagine because there are no gates or fences.

Relax and enjoy the peace!

A nice, pretty villa in a great location away from the madding crowd yet close to beautiful beaches. We had a great time here, chilling in the shade or a refreshing dip in the pool. 3 minutes walk to a great beach and a short drive to get anything you need or enjoy a nice meal. At night enjoy listening to the wildlife or watching the fruit bats fly over at dusk. Warm by day and comfortable by night. We never needed the air-con preferring to open the windows to the breeze. There is functioning broadband and a TV if you need to stay in touch with the world or alternatively you could do as we did and never turn it on preferring instead to chat, read or just watch the local wildlife. The villa has everything you will need. Kitchen might need a bit of a refresh but it all functions well. Communication from Dominique and team was great and the drive from the airport was easy. Car hire is a must! Maps.me is a great app to help you find your way (Recommended by Nazim who hired us our car!). Roads are relatively quiet and easy to drive on. In summary a great relaxing holiday. We look forward ot returning in the future.

Bon séjour dans un cadre idilique

Les 2 seuls points négatifs : - l'arrivée, on a un.doute sur la villa. Casa najoli sur l'annonce, rien ne l'indique dans la maison et peronne ne vous attend à l'arrivée. - le depart. Il faut liberer la maison à 11h mais le vos est a 20h. La femme de menage et la servante qui fait a manger vous assure que vous pouvez utiliser l'exterieur et le proprio vous traite d'escroc et vous facture de force une nuit supplémentaire. Dommage de finir la dessus.. le souvenir est donc mitigé.

Sejour cauchemardesque

Nous avons passées les pire vacances en terme d herbergement. La maison n est pas du tout conforme aux photos et à la description faite sur abritel . Maison très vetuste ,nous ne pouvions même pas fermer la porte d entrée qui d ailleurs n en ai.pas vraiment une . La maison est sale et pas entretenu, lave vaiselle rouillé, ainsi.que l etendoir a linge ,les transats.Pas de machine à laver .Draps remplis de taches et de trous,serviettes de bain qui.ne sentent pas bons( 1 serviette par personne) armoire de chambre rongé par les termittes. La propriété tres désagréable et sans empathie. Quand vous lui expliquez le soucis elle vous raccroche au nez . Je vous deconseille fortement de vous rendre la bas

Accueil chaleureux de Marceline (gouvernante) et de la propriétaire via WhatsApp. Remerciement particulier pour les plats préparés par Marceline. Seul regret de ne pas avoir pu profiter de la piscine toute la 1ère journée et le jour de notre départ (eau trouble). Dommage de ne pas avoir pu profiter de l'hydravion hors location à proximité (hyper complet à réserver longtemps à l'avance). Séjour très au calme dans la nature et très proche du lagon. Excellent séjour dans cette maison au sein d'un jardin peuplé d'oiseaux curieux et gourmands.

Genial

Die Lage des Hauses im Südwesten der Insel ist super. Viele schöne Strände sowie Chamarel sind mit dem Auto in maximal 30 Minuten zu erreichen. Geht man vom Haus aus über die Straße, ist man sofort an der Lagune und kann von dort traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge erleben. Das Grundstück rund um das Haus ist ein wundervoller, sehr gepflegter Garten mit einem Pool zum Erfrischen. Das Haus bietet alles, was man braucht und es lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und geben unsere höchste Empfehlung.

Logement placé dans bel endroit avec l'accueil chaleureux de Marceline. Points noirs douche et airc

Nous avons passé un bon séjour à la case Najoli située dans un endroit magique entre montagnes (le Morne Brabant est visible depuis la plage devant la maison) et plages de rêve situées de l'autre côté d'une route moyennement fréquentée. La propriété est très jolie (boisée et fleurie) et bien entretenue. L'accueil de Marceline qui vit sur place est très chaleureux et adorable. Elle prépare des repas typiquement mauriciens qui sont délicieux. Christine vient tous les jours faire le ménage. Elle est également très gentille. La case convient parfaitement pour deux couples ou pour une famille de quatre. Elle est joliment décorée. Elle mériterait cependant des travaux de rafraîchissement notamment au niveau de la cuisine. Nous avons eu des problèmes avec l'airco dans une chambre (qui malgré l'intervention d'un technicien n'ont pas été réglés) et la douche dans l'autre chambre avec une pression beaucoup trop faible voire inexistante un jour (retour de la faible pression vers midi ce jour-là). Dommage que ces désagréments soient venus gâcher le confort de notre séjour.

Une location tout confort dans un site exceptionnel

Une location conforme à la description . Ménage quotidien. Disposition des deux chambres avec salle de bain de part et d'autre de la pièce principale, tout confort. Parking dans le terrain adjacent. Au calme à 100 m d' une magnifique plage. A dix minutes du spot de kite du Morne: site naturel exceptionnel. Supermarché à 10 mn. Parc naturel des Gorges de la Rivière noire à 20 km (1/2h). Merci à Marcess la cuisinière pour son accueil, n'hésitez pas à avoir recours à ses services, elle vous fera decouvrir les plats du pays pour un bon rapport qualité-prix.

Lieu magnifique et charmant. Calme et volupté. Accueil très sympathique. Les propriétaires et le personnel sont aidant, soucieux du bon déroulé du séjour et à la fois discret quand on souhaite un peu d'intimité. Je recommande vivement cette adresse et leur propriétaire. Merci à eux
