Cottage 100 meters from the beach

HOUSE for 2 to 4 PERSONS, 100M from the SEA (banks of Rance) and the hold of the Landriais (site classified by UNESCO). The house is located in a private road (quiet assured) and offers direct access to the coastal path. The Minihic on Rance is a picturesque village of 1500 inhabitants located on the left bank of the estuary of Rance a few cables from Saint Malo (10 min), Dinard (5 min), and Dinan (15 min).
The Village offers many opportunities for walking along the coastal path or trails. The house has just been renovated and offers every comfort.
It has two floors, with a capacity of 4 people. On the ground floor the living room offers a sleeping possibility for two people as well as a bathroom. On the first floor, the equipped kitchen gives access to a large terrace overlooking Rance. On the second floor are the bedroom (double bed with possibility to put an umbrella bed), a room with a water point, WC and a washing machine.
Surroundings: Visit Brittany, its beaches and many historical sites: the intramural corsair of Saint Malo, the medieval town of Dinan, the Fort-La Latte, Cape Fréhel and nearby places, Mont Saint- Michel, ...

La maisonnette de Christine et sa famille est un endroit très chaleureux et nous avons été très bien accueilli. La cadre est d'un grand calme et d'une grande beauté, sur les bords de la Rance, qui ont des airs de méditerranée sous le soleil.

Le bonheur les pieds dans l'eau...

Très bon week-end (avec le soleil) au calme dans ce petit village, vélo, ballades à pieds, fruits de mer, pèche,... de bons ingrédients pour couper du train-train quotidien. Propriétaires charmants, logement simple et "cosi" les pieds dans l'eau... Nous recommandons !!!

Jolie petite maison

C'est une jolie petite maison non loin de la plage sur les bords de la Rance. Il y a tous ce dont on a besoin pour passer quelques jours pour se reposer.

Beau Gîte idéalement situé

Beau gîte pour 2 personnes, bien situé et bien équipé, très propre. Il peut accueillir 4 personnes mais le couchage d'appoint est essentiellement pour de jeunes enfants. Une belle terrasse en bois pour profiter du soleil et un point de vue sur la Rance, un parking privé. Le village typique de pêcheurs est serein, bien entretenu et agréable et loin de la foule mais très proche des lieux touristiques. Il possède une boulangerie, 2 cafés et un magasin bio où l'on peut trouver de la viande bio et charcuterie fait maison. Des ballades à pieds ou à vélo peuvent se faire au départ du gîte. La propriétaire est très accueillante, avenante et disponible en cas de besoin. Nous sommes restés que 3 nuits pendants les vacances de Pâques mais nous avons pu profiter et nous ressourcer. Nous reviendrons surement.......
