Traditional house with exposed stones and beams located in the heart of the Nantais Vineyard, 14 km from Clisson and 21 km from Nantes, and adjoining the owners' house.
Private open courtyard of 30 m² for sunny meals, open space at the back of the gîte (shared with owners) with views of the countryside, the vineyards and the pond (unsecured).
Ground floor: living room/living room with open fitted kitchen.
Floor: 2 bedrooms (1: 1 140x190 bed, 2: 2 90x190 beds), shower room/wc.
Additional equipment: wifi, DVD player, Hifi, baby bed and high chair.
Included: aerothermal heating and electricity.
Not included: sheets (10€/bed), towels (7€/pers.) and tourist tax. Compulsory cleaning fee for professional customers (€65).
Relaxation sessions and Nordic walking on request.
