This traditional semi-detached house, recently renovated into a gîte, is quietly located in a village in the heart of the Nantes vineyards, 5 km from Clisson. It boasts a 200 m² enclosed garden with a south-facing terrace.
A pétanque court and a lake are 10 m from the gîte. Private parking is available on the property.
Ground floor: living room (access via a step - 140x190 sofa bed), large separate kitchen/living room, 1 bedroom (160x200 bed) with en-suite shower room, and separate toilet.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, each with en-suite shower room (1: two 90x190cm twin beds, 2: 140x190cm beds).
Additional amenities: tumble dryer, cot/high chair.
Included: electric heating and electricity.
Not included: sheets, towels, and tourist tax. Mandatory cleaning fee for business guests (€140 - sheets included). A cleaning deposit is required (€100).
Optional services to be paid on site and reserved before your arrival:
