On the seafront facing the beach and a stone's throw from the city center, ground floor apartment ideal for enjoying the atmosphere of Grau-du-Roi; at the rear of the accommodation, in a quiet area, are the master bedroom and a closed terrace with garden furniture; at the front of the accommodation, the living room with kitchenette opens onto the main terrace, spectacular for its sunsets. From the accommodation you have direct access to the pretty seafront promenade, the beach restaurants and all the main activities of the seaside resort.

Appart peu pratique mais emplacement parfait
Nous avons adoré l'emplacement pour tout faire à pied dans le Grau-du-Roi. 2 terrasses, place de parking, top par contre cuisine très peu pratique et très peu de rangements
