Love this location

This is the second time at this location and we really love this place. This is an apartment-like rental with abbreviated reception hours (morning and late afternoon). The main building used to be a hospital but has been converted into apartments. It is very quiet and a safe location as well. The kitchen has everything you need except an oven and your food of course. The living area has a small television with a coffee table and sofa. The windows really brighten up the entire area. Definitely recommend getting a room with a balcony. There are stairs to the loft area which are very close together so going upstairs is good but going downstairs can be a little unnerving. There are 2 twin sized beds in the loft area and the ceiling height is lower since it is a loft. The bathroom has a large tub and sink. The toilet is included in the bathroom as opposed to being a separate room. There is a closet in the bathroom that has cleaning equipment in it like brooms and a vacuum cleaner. There is even a laundry holder that allows you to lay out laundry to dry if needed. They do have laundry machines (washers and dryer) available if needed for a fee. The rental is available by night or week, etc. Prior to departure, the removal of used sheets and towels are to be left in the bathroom. All garbage must be removed and placed in the location indicated by the facility.

We enjoyed our 3 night stay very much. The hotel was very clean and staff extremly helpful. The kitchen/dinning room was well equiped. The only problem we encountered was the fact that the bedroom was up a flight of very steep stairs and as I have mobility problems I was not able to get up to the bedroom, but we overcame the problem by sleeping in the lounge area on the bed settee and camp bed. The surrounding area was very pleasent with many cafes and restrurants situatated overlooking the harbour.

Notre pire expérience hÎteliÚre

Un soit disant studio d’a Peine 10 mĂštres carrĂ©s mansarde Une foi le lit dĂ©pliĂ© accĂšs a la salle de bain impossible. Donc obligĂ© de dormir avec la porte ouverte . MĂȘme pas digne d’une auberge de jeunesse Ă  20€ la nuit mais facture a160€ la nuit scandaleux !!!!!!

SĂ©jour de pĂȘche entre amis, hĂŽtel pratique et bien situĂ© au Croisic pour partir pĂȘcher les environs, la digue, le port mais aussi proche du centre et des commerces Ă  pied ! Super ! NĂ©anmoins, les horaires restreints de rĂ©ception sont Ă  dĂ©plorer. Si vous avez besoin de personnel, il faut avoir la chance que ce besoin tombe Ă  la bonne heure...

Hotel pour senior

Cet hĂŽtel a du vĂ©cu il est pas tout jeĂ»ne. La chambre pareil, pas de lumiĂšre dans la cuisine, obligĂ© de s'Ă©clairer avec la lampe de la hotte. Le mode four du micro onde est introuvable, car les inscriptions sur la façade sont effacĂ©. Le tĂ©lĂ©viseur n'etait pas prĂšs Ă  l'usage, aucun branchement avec le demodulateur avais Ă©tĂ© fait, une vrai galĂšre pour effectuer le branchement en peritel !!! Avec sa taille minuscule bien qu'on ne viennent pas en vacances pour la regardĂ© mais le soir pour un petit moment de dĂ©tente sa fait toujours plaisir. AprĂšs l'Ă©tat global de la chambre est trĂšs moyen pour un trois Ă©toiles. Comme mentionnĂ©s Ă  la rĂ©ception les photos ne sont pas contractuelles. En gros, si vous ĂȘtes jeunes passĂ© votre chemin.

Quatre jours avec notre bĂ©bĂ© studio vue sur la mer. Bonheur! On a amenĂ© notre lit bĂ©bĂ© qu'on a mis dans l'entrĂ©e. Pas mal comme arrangement avec l'espace dispo. Attention dans les studios c'est deux lits sĂ©parĂ©s (toujours sinon il faut choisir un appart 2 piĂšces beaucoup plus chers) mais on y dort correctement. La cuisine est Ă©quipĂ©e pour le nĂ©cessaire, penser aux filtres Ă  cafĂ©, pq, sel, poivre huile... Y a de quoi se faire des fruits de mer, huitres etc... DĂ©lices du coin! Salle de bain nickel. La piscine a le revĂȘtement qui se dĂ©colle par endroits mais ça n'empĂȘche pas de nager... C'est vraiment trĂšs beau bien que les algues vertes s'accumulent dans ce coin. Autre chose. Le petit bar sur la plage un peu plus loin n'est pas trĂšs sympa si vous choisissez de prendre juste 2 biĂšres au lieu des cocktails au rhum, on vous fait bien sentir que c'est insuffisant et que vous ne faĂźtes pas partie des clients dĂ©sirĂ©s...

le problÚme est que nous avions réservé un lit double avec expedia et que nous nous sommes retrouvés avec 4 lits simples!!heureusement nous avons pu au moins récupérer des draps doubles et une couette double...aprÚs avoir parlementé avec le personnel de l'hotel...une mauvaise surprise donc à l'arrivée,bien que l'hotel soit de bonne qualité... il faut donc bien se renseigner des prestations offertes avant d'arriver...

Ai apprĂ©ciĂ© l'emplacement privilĂ©giĂ© de l’hĂŽtel , le calme mais manque de contrĂŽle du mĂ©nage avant occupation: sols salle de bains et WC pas nets, Ă©vier bouchĂ©, bac Ă  glace trĂšs trĂšs givrĂ©.Vaisselle en partie sale.Les moquettes des chambres et mezzanine sont usagĂ©es et tachĂ©es. Vraiment dommage car appartement spacieux et bien conçu! L'accueil et le service sont cependant agrĂ©ables: chariot pour valises, ascenseur et bicyclettes disponibles. Linge et literie propre. Il suffirait d'un peu de contrĂŽle et de rĂ©novation pour des vacances plus rĂ©ussies!
