- It is a sea front apartment for seasonal rental of great comfort designed for 2 to 4 adults. A spacious master bedroom has a large 160 'Queen Size "bed of hotel quality, with very thick mattress and over-mattress. Two 140 "Convertible Poltronesofa" 2-seater sofa-beds are arranged in the living room, so as to have a lounge / tv corner and a reading corner during the day.
- The apartment has a modern decor, all the furniture is new and of high quality.
- The American kitchen is perfectly equipped with induction hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, central heating. You will have everything you need: toaster, Nespresso and Senséo coffee maker, and all the necessary dishes: pots, accessories, cutlery,… nothing is missing for a carefree holiday.
- The pretty bathroom has a shower, a sink with cabinet, a toilet, and various storage spaces.

Le Croisic
Le Croisic is located in France, in the stronghold of the former Duchy of Brittany, currently in the department of Loire Atlantique.

It is a peninsula in BRETAGE DU SUD. It sinks into the Atlantic Ocean in the west, and protects from the sea the famous Salt Marshes of Guérande (nicknamed "The White Country").

In the North: The Gulf of Morbihan and the estuary of the river "La Vilaine", in the East: The great Marshes of la Brière (nicknamed "The Black Country"). Further south-east: La Baule and the Loire Estuary. In the North West: Quiberon and the islands of "Belle Île", Houât, Hoedic, ...)

The Triangle formed by "Croisic-La baule-Guérande" is the most important tourist area in southern Brittany.

Sunshine
The town enjoys exceptional sunshine all year round. Its position in the South of Brittany protects it from the direct passage of depressions which pass higher over Normandy, and the combined effects of sea breezes during high tides and the presence of salt marshes make it rare not to see the sun in a day!

Car: Access from all of Europe by motorways or expressways to Guérande. After Guérance, you just have to cross the famous salt marshes to reach Le Croisic!

Plane: Nantes international airport is 80 km away, then airport shuttle to the train station and regional train every hour.

Boat: The marina welcomes passing boaters.

You will be seduced by the historic center of Le Croisic, and by the fishing and pleasure ports.

Facing the Croisic, you will discover the tip of Pen-Bron on the other side of the inlet channel of the waters which feed the GUERANDE salt marshes.

Then you can embark for Belle-Île, The islands of Houât and Hoedic, Quiberon… the speedboat awaits you near you!
