Holiday Home 'Petite Maison' with Private Terrace and Wi-Fi
Just 150 meters from Pen Castel beach, this duplex apartment in the Cottages de Saint Nudec residence at the entrance to Le Croisic offers private access via a rear gate. It features an enclosed terrace equipped with an outdoor table, chairs and parasol, as well as a private parking space.
On the first floor, you'll find a living room with a fully equipped kitchen including induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Senseo coffee machine and toaster. The apartment was completely renovated in spring 2023. The accommodation is also equipped with a Wi-Fi connection and a TV.
Upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and new bedding awaits you. The toilet is separate from the bathroom, where a hairdryer is provided. An ironing board and iron are also included for your convenience.
Cleaning at the end of your stay is compulsory, and bed linen, towels and household linen are included.
An electric plancha is also available for your use.
