The pool (3.5 x 7), newly built in 2023, located in a beautiful fenced garden, can be heated for an additional charge. Parents are responsible for bathing children.
A large terrace on the ground floor, equipped with sun loungers, garden furniture, Weber grill. The terrace leads to the living room with sofa, TV and integrated fully equipped kitchen. (Oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and an additional American fridge, separate toilet, laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. On the ground floor there is a large master bedroom with a king-size bed (180 x 200) with its own adjoining shower room with WC On the 1st floor there are 2 more bedrooms with king-size bed (180 x 200), TV and with their own adjoining shower room and WC One bedroom with access to a large sunny balcony of 20m2 More photos can be sent on request. The town of Cannet-des-Maures offers a wide range of restaurants, shops and shopping centres, the proximity to the motorway means you can quickly get to the beaches of Fréjus, Saint-Maxime Port Grimaud and Saint-Tropez (35km -45km). will be happy to provide information on tours and activities in the area.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Der beheizte Pool war toll und es ist alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Großzügige Zimmer und Bäder und auch eine sehr bequeme Couch und tolle Sitzecken außen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und in alles eingewiesen.Auch, dass man das Auto direkt am Haus parken kann, war sehr gut.Die Umgebung war ruhig und von der Zugstrecke, die nicht weit entfernt ist, hört man so gut wie nichts (im Haus hört man gar nichts).Toller Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Saint Tropez, Grimaud, Grasse, Verdon-Schlucht usw. Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall empfehlen.
