Spacious three-room apartment located in Lazise, in the nearby hamlet of Pacengo, just a few steps from the lakeside and the charming town church. The apartment is situated on the first floor of a quiet three-storey building equipped with a lift and external parking. The apartment's main strength is certainly the spacious lake-view terrace where you can have lunch and dinner whilst admiring Lake Garda. The terrace is furnished with a table, chairs, two sun loungers and a large barbecue with oven for tasty outdoor grilling.

The living area is equipped with a fully equipped kitchenette with refrigerator, five-burner cooker, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, German coffee machine, toaster; double sofa bed, satellite TV and air conditioning. Bedroom with double bed and a single bed with 2 windows and air conditioning. Small bedroom with two single beds with access to the lake-view terrace, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom equipped with shower, toilet, bidet, window. Perfect choice if you plan to visit Gardaland! The apartment is spacious and clean and the terrace has a great view. There are a few restaurants nearby, so it’s convenient if you don’t want to travel with a car to Lazise for a dinner.

A great appartement with a great view!

Very nice appartement for a stay of one or more weeks. Good housing - everything is in good shape - location itself is well localized with a short way to the garda sea, some reataurants and some small shops. Safe parking and quiet accept the bell of the church but once an hour ;)

Lovely apartment, location a bit far from Lazise.

The main bedroom was spacious with plenty of storage, the second bedroom was a bit smaller but with an en-suite so that was good. Plenty of equipment/storage in the kitchen too. Location was lovely, in the grounds of the neighbouring church. Some of the mosquito nets and shutters didn’t open, and we didn’t have the A/C working for a couple of nights but we got that sorted out. Location was fine, about 5km outside of Lazise. We had a car but I wouldn’t have liked to stay there without one. We were pleasantly surprised to find 56 restaurants next to the apartment so that was great. It was a 15/20 minute walk downhill to the lake which wasn’t so good on the way back up!! 😅

L'appartamento è bellissimo, molto comodo e ben arredato. La terrazza è perfetta per l'estate. Le camere sono anche molto comode e sono in realtà migliore dello che sembra sulle foto. Le persone in Regarda Travel sono molto amabili e sempre disposte a aiutare. La posizione è molto buona (se hai una macchina). Il frigo è un po' piccolo per cinque persone all'estate, ma funziona comunque bene. Mancano gli strumenti per la griglia e il forno a legna, ma entrambi funzionano molto bene.

Und die Einfahrt zum Objekt war beim ersten Anfahren etwas schwer im hektischen italienischen Verkehr zu finden, aber vielleicht haben wir uns auch einfach nicht gut angestellt. Alles in allem eine wunderschöne Wohnung mit zwei schönen großen Terrassen, zwei großen Bädern und gut ausgestatteter Küche.
