The newly built flat "The Place" is located on the second and upper floor of a residential building with lift. It is situated about 1.5 km from the historic centre of Lazise and the beach. Directly opposite the property there is a restaurant and only 600 metres away there is a commercial area with a café, a supermarket, a pharmacy and a bank.

The three-room apartment "The Place", tastefully furnished and equipped with smart systems, consists of a bright living area with kitchen provided with induction hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, oven, toaster and coffee machine. The living room offers a sofa bed with a peninsula (recommended for children), central air conditioning, satellite TV and free WiFi. The large sliding doors overlook the covered terrace with a pool view, equipped with a table and chairs. The double bedroom with access to a second small terrace on the rear, is equipped with wardrobe and chest of drawers, TV (no Sat). The second bedroom has got two single beds which can be pushed together, a large wardrobe and TV (no Sat). The modern windowed bathroom features a spacious shower box with hydromassage jets and a practical washing machine. The residential complex offers a nice swimming pool with solarium and green area (guaranteed opening period 01/01-31/12). A private parking space in the garage is available for guests.
