Good location with clean rooms but only the rooms have AC. All other areas AC not working…believe it’s been malfunctioning for a while. The breakfast buffet area full of fruit flies and flies. No good tea or drinks. The restaurant in desperate need of a deep clean and checked by health department.

Improve Service

Although it is a chain hotel in Malaysia, cannot expect much as it is in small town. When I arrived, there were not towels provided. Had to request and when asked for extra bath towel, they said there will be extra charges. Only 2 bath towels per room. No smaller towels. Even requested for hair dryer and it never was delivered to the room despite requesting for it twice. They do not provide concierge service as well so you have to drag your own luggage when you arrive. Like I mentioned, cannot expect much from a small town hotel although it is a chain hotel.

The staff helped me greatly at this hotel. I had great trouble with my phone, and the staff as well as the Manager helped me to sort my problem out and get my phone fixed. They sent me to a place in Lawas who were able to help me once they knew that the problem had been diagnosed by the Hotel staff.
