Screened in porch with plentiful bird life and big TV for watching World Cup football was great. Daily adventures to hike and see waterfalls are possible with 1-2 hour driving.

The cabin was perfect, clean, cozy, and close to the boat ramp. Great place if you're into nature as I am. Great fishing and wildlife viewing. Pet friendly is a plus as well. The screened in deck is very relaxing. Will be back for our 3 Rd visit next spring hopefully.

The host was very responsive and helpful. The house was perfect for us and weloved the screen in porch. The dock is very nice also and the host let us use his boathouse for our pontoon. We loved watching the deer come to feeder every day and the very first day the strangest duck I have ever seen with a red scaly head walked up to greet us! It came back every day to the feeder also.We wished we had booked longer and will definitely book again!

This is our home away from home for our annual dog-cation. We just love the screened in porch and spend most of our time there. You can see the lake, hear a variety of birds, read books, and see wildlife (muscovy duck and deer). The fireplace is a nice touch too. The State Park is less than 5 minutes away. The cabin is well stocked. Communication with the host is timely and responsive. The privacy of the neighborhood is just what we like. We plan on returning for our fourth visit this fall.
