The room was DISGUSTING. Black mold, roaches, dirty areas from previous visitors, broken tv and light fixtures, floor boards broken and sticking up.

Absolutely THEEE MOST DISGUSTING hotel room I have ever witnessed. If we hadn’t been exhausted, desperate, and had a dog with us, we would have willingly given up the money we’d paid and gone elsewhere. We’re back home now and I’m still in disbelief. I don’t know how they’re still is business.

Do not stay here!

Terrible stay. Room was filthy. Dog pee on the floor dirty beds! Just filth everywhere in the room like it was never cleaned. Nasty bathroom smoke detectors torn off wall hole in wall. Could see out the door even when shut as the door didn’t close properly. Online said $20 pet fee upon arrival they charged $30 said online was a lie! No continental breakfast only had one packaged muffin and Welch’s gummies. Rooms stink as well! Desk person did not care. Oh sign on counter says no refund after 10 minutes of being there!!! Takes that long to get to your room once checked in. Rooms do not look like online picture… very false advertising!
