Une grande maison parfaite en famille

Nous avons apprécié nos deux semaines au calme dans cette grande maison où chacun, petit ou grand, avait de l'espace pour lire, jouer, etc. La piscine communale est à deux pas de la maison et c'était agréable de s'y rafraîchir après les randos ou les visites. Région très riche que nous ne connaissions pas entre Préhistoire (la maison du Piage propose des ateliers passionnants, la grotte de Cougnac n'est pas loin non plus), cités médiévales et châteaux, sites naturels (Padirac est somptueux). L'accueil et le départ ont été très simples et faciles avec Christiane. La maison a vraiment tout ce qu'il faut, notamment pour cuisiner avec une grande famille. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances chez Françoise.

La maison de jeanne

La maison est très atypique, on apprécie le calme de ce petit village et de cette maison. Le lot est vraiment super avec tous ces villages touristiques à visiter , ces châteaux et ces grottes et le panorama est vraiment magnifique, bref quinze jours super dans cette région .

très agréable semaine dans le Lot. la maison est typique de la région, pleine de charme, très propre et très bien équipée, l'accueil des propriétaires est très chaleureux et bienveillant. la région est magnifique et nous reviendrons l'année prochaine car nous n'avons pas eu assez d'une semaine pour tout visiter.

Très belle maison, spacieuse, joliment décorée, bien équipée, nous avons bien profité de la grande terrasse et du jardin lorsque nous n'étions pas en visite car les lieux pittoresques sont nombreux à visiter, surtout en longeant la vallée du Lot. Petits points négatifs mais non rédhibitoires, la chambre du bas n'étant pas très ensoleillée, il y règne une certaine humidité...et la piscine n'est ni communale ni gratuite ? Donc, je recommande cette location, située dans un charmant petit village, très bien entretenu, avec un commerce de proximité et un restaurant. Une prochaine fois peut-être car je suis tombé sous le charme de la maison et de la région !! Xavier M.

Maison et cadre très agréable

Maison fidèle à la description - charme de la vieille pierre et agrément de la terrasse surélevée. Le propriétaires, très attachants, ont fait en sorte que l'on se sente toute de suite à notre aise. Piscine et commerce (pain/café/épicerie/pizzas) de l'autre côté de la route - Village aussi charmant qu’accueillant (notre voisine nous déposait régulièrement des légumes de son jardin). Bémols : la voiture nous a semblé indispensable pour organiser nos journées (visites, courses, marchés, baignades rivières...). + évier en pierre d'époque franchement pas commode. Mais globalement ce fut une très bonne expérience que nous recommandons.

Tout simplement parfait

Maison conforme à la description et même plus.... : tout y est pour un séjour comme à la maison. La location est propre, bien entretenue, parfaite pour une famille. Chacun peut y trouvé un endroit pour se reposer. Et elle offre la possibilité de se retrouver pour des moments conviviaux avec ses 2 salons. La propriétaire et Christiane sont pleines d'attention pour que le séjour se déroule au mieux (visites, activités) et sont disponibles pour résoudre les problèmes ou répondre aux questions. Et quand vous rentrez d'excursion vous avez la surprise de trouver quelques légumes ou fruits déposés anonymement par les voisins qui savent également vous prodiguer quelques conseils de visites ou activité. Lavercantière est une petit village typique du Quercy avec toutes les commodités : pain, épicerie de première nécessité, restaurant/pizzeria (excellentes pizzas) et une piscine à quelques mètres de la maison. Depuis Lavercantière, Cahors, Gourdon, Prayssac sont à environ 1/2 heure pour visites, shopping, croisière sur le lot ou faire son marché. Sarlat, Rocamadour, Saint Cirq Lapopie ne sont pas très loin (environ 1 heure)....et valent le détour. Les neversois

Une très belle maison où il fait bon vivre.

Cette maison en pierres du pays est très originale par sa conception et bien sûr très spacieuse. Les propriétaires (très charmants) ont décoré avec beaucoup de goût, en harmonie avec cette maison. Rien n’est laissé au hasard, il ne manque rien. Chaque étage possédant un WC et les 2 salles de bains permettent une indépendance très appréciable si on est nombreux ou bien pour 3 couples d’amis. Tout est parfait, la maison, le jardin et la cour où on a pu garer 3 véhicules sans problème. La région est magnifique, et les habitants bien agréables. Je garde l’adresse et la donnerais sans problèmes à mes amis. Nous sommes repartis avec un pincement au cœur.

Note pour cette maison 5sur5 Très belle maison en pierre très bien entretenue avec tout le nécessaire pour court ou long séjour. chambres avec lits très confortables, 2 salles de bains pratiques si l'on est beaucoup, 2 magnifiques pièces avec véritables cheminées à l’âtre, belle terrasse et terrain en herbe donnant accès au garage. Cette maison a été meublée et décorée dans le respect de son époque. attention non conseillée aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Je recommande cette location à toutes personnes ou familles aimant la campagne le calme les randonnées, découvrir des sites touristiques datant de la préhistoire à nos jours une région qui possède de nombreux villages classés plus beaux villages de France ainsi que des sites classés monuments historiques. Dans cette maison nous nous y sommes sentis comme chez nous. Vacances inoubliables.
