Conveniente por su cercanía al aeropuerto

Cómo íbamos llegar pasado el horario de cierre de la recepción, me dieron una manera de resolverlo y eso me gustó mucho. El persona la embargo general estaba de buen humor y me trataron muy bien. Incluyen el desayuno, el cual consiste en café, tostadas, jugos, yogur y cereales. Otras opciones con cargo. El hotel en general quedo congelado en el tiempo pero es aceptable.

Chap at reception was amazing. Loved everything about our stay here. Not the most modern but for the $, very comfortable... I'll definitely book here again when travelling to Launnie.

This was just okay for a one night stay. There is no sound proofing between units. Sounded like a bunch of kids constantly running around, not sure if it was his tv. Next door smoking outside and the odour came into my unit. On the bright side, the bed was comfy and I actually had a good sleep.

What I liked were the quietness and cosiness, but no kitchen, therefore cleanliness of dishes were unable to do. The staff wanted to wash the dishes in the lavatory where we brush our teeth. No hygiene....

Room was clean but basic and the heating system was very noisy all night. This was a hotel to be closer to airport for early departure flight in the morning.

Putting aside the neighbour screaming profanities at her kids and smoking on our shared decking all night.. this is the worst place we have ever stepped foot in. To mention a few issues. Room smelt like feces. The oven is held in with expandafoam The shower tiles are wonky and sharp The lino peeling up around the toilet area, catching dirt, never cleaned Beds are sunken and uncomfortable Top bunk beds have no rails.. kids had to try sleep on the floor There was gum under the table in the bedroom Dining table was under stairs, meant hitting heads when you sat down Possum or rats living in floor and roof. Absolutely freezing even with the heater on. No kettle No soap No tea towels I highly recommend people read reviews on other search sites before they too fall victim. We were booked for 3 nights, but after no sleep on the first night and feeling unsafe, we handed in the keys. Thank you to expedia for giving us our money back for the remaining days.

The cleaning staff need to do a way better job than what they do now, the room was grotty, crumbs and dust everywhere, a sick from a previous stayer was under the bed, and on the first night, one of our kids sat on his bed and a cup of green liquid was left under it, and the blankets that were used need replacing, and they had came in once while we were out, replaced 2 towels but never returned a face washer they took

Looks like renovations are currently taking place. There’s a bit of a mess. The pool and spa didn’t look clean. There was no one at the property for our 2pm check in. None of this was advised during the booking process. The beds were comfortable though.

Property is old and run down, had no soap in showers or kitchen. Had to request toilet paper and replacement of towels etc after the morning housekeeper had taken all towels to wash but not replaced

The property suited our stay as we were only there for one night. There wasn’t a tea towel or washing up detergent so this made it hard to do the dishes. Tap on sink in near bathroom was very loose and felt like it was going to come off in your hand. Oven needs upgrading. No coffee. Would stay again for one night.

Just outside the front door a cigarette tray with butts in it, great welcoming (yuck). Open the door to a unpleasant odor, my daughter went straight to her bag and sprayed her perfume. I went straight to the beds too see what condition they where in. We all had too wrap our pillows in a towl or a piece of clothing they had some kind of old black mould spots on them the pillow protectors where stained i thought omg what are the sheets like, thank god they where ok. 1 electric blanket on 1 single bed out of 3 and nothing on the main bed. The Room with single beds had a panel heater that didnt work so had to have the door open to keep warm from the heater in main room, down the sides of the beds along the walls on floor hadnt been Vaxed for a few months. Found out that Band Aids are a great tape to keep the TV cable in place. Bathroom very tired, yes it looked like a new toilet but the seat slides you off, not attached properly and very loose. The door to the bathroom didnt latch shut. Hair in the corners behind toilet and the toilet brush was filthy. Honestly i dont mind tired accommodation to an extent but it has to be clean and smell clean!! I will not be staying there again and wouldn't be recommending anyone to stay there.

Even though we advised there were 3 of us, they only provided 2 towels. However, they provided an extra towel very quickly when requested. It was a very cold night and the heater provided was unable to give out enough heat to keep us warm.

The reception never seemed to be opened. Even though the motel is a bit dated, we had a 5-night stay and it was more than adequate. The room was clean and tidy and the water nice and hot. Our room had a new toilet, new taps and heat pump. The location was very handy to accessing the motorway for the Supercars which is why we were there.
