Noise from the busy road, upstairs rooms and the car park was not ideal. The room needed a facelift and it felt too dark. The bathroom had an exhaust fan in the wall and behind it was a void space with a light left on, quite annoying! Security screen needed repair/replacement too.

Tom was amazing,nothing was too much trouble.we had a lovely 2 night stay in a great appt with a very comfy bed,cooking facilities,but best of all the reception we were given was amazing.we will definitely stay again

Advertised is accomodation for a stay within what looks to be adjacent to Pennyroyal adventure park as indicative of thier photos. This however is only partly true as there is another section of this Hotel which is right next to a Pub. We were allocated a room in the Pub section which was not good due to the fact we had our 6 year old daughter with us. Being a Saturday night, the patrons of the hotel were very noisy to the point of setting off fire crackers right near our room. Very scary for our daughter. Misleading conduct by this hotel advertising this room knowing we had a child. They could have informed us of this during booking. Would not recommend for families staying at the Pub side Will not return.

Had a great day and night at Penny Royal Launceston. Friendly staff, comfy bed and cute, compact 1 bed apartment. The guys on the top zipline and cliff jump, and the little Captain of the ship girl/lady 😊 were fun and good with my little boy. *A lift at either end of the building would be the icing on the cake. I'd be happy if it only allowed me to ride it up, not down. Ha ha 😊

I did expect it to be better for the price. Heatpump sounded like crickets all night but as we were near the road it took out the sound of cars. No face washer which i needed. Bed was hard . The brick walls made it feel like jail. Tv was a good size and had kettle and toaster.
