Stayed here the night before heading out on the Overland Track. It was clean, convenient and reasonably priced. Nice sunset view. The staff were very helpful on check in. It was an easy walk to find food and comfotable to sleep.

The motel is located a few minutes walk from the central part of Launceston and about 25 mins walk from the marina. The room had good storage for our luggage and a small table, but not much additional space. Ours was a spa room and the bathroom was almost as big as the bedroom, with a sliding wardrobe style door separating the two. Our room was on the first floor, so we were able to use the stairs rather than the slow lift. There was a kettle, toaster, fridge and microwave, with 2 sets of crockery and cutlery, so we were able to organise our own breakfasts and packed lunches. The staff were helpful in recommending restaurants and telling us about discounts. You have to wash your own crockery. Based on the cost, it was pretty much what we expected.

We were very disappointed with our room as it was definitely not like the picture shown on the website. The bathroom was very tired and couldn't imagine how cold it would be in winter as it had no heater (and we were there in Summer). Shower was located in the spa and getting into it was like an obstacle course. Could be very dangerous if you slipped. It needs a big bit of TLC, everything looked like it needed a good scrub and paint job; rusty waste bins, hot water tap that doesn't work properly and couldn't leave the sliding door open because of traffic noise. Plus the lift was so slow it was scary. However, good location in regards to restaurants, city centre and the staff were very helpful, friendly. Wouldn't recommend it.

The good points are the location, the friendly reception. But that was all. The elevator was pre-historic and sooooo slow! The two bedroom apartments are very tiny. Lots of traffic noise as they are veru close to the road and to top it off the council were out cleaning at 7am in the morning. Not my idea of a holiday.

A great location meant that there was a fabulous view out across Launceston even when were only on Level 1. We enjoyed sitting outside on the balcony and watching the sunset and listening to the clock chimes. The room (2 bedrooms) was functional and ample for our family of 4. We did find that the rooms were quite hot during our stay and as the window wouldn't stay up on its own and our sleep was a little restless. During the day we kept the front door open which made for great through-flow of air. The only other comment was on the welcome letter. I'm not sure what kind of guests they have at other times, but it seemed to alluded to a rowdy element. This was reinforced by the receptionist (who was lovely and incredibly helpful with suggesting discounted eating options and attractions) which was odd when we were a family with kids. But overall the location was excellent (easy walk to the QVMAG which was just over 1km away, city centre, car museum, aquatic centre and even Cataract Gorge if you're keen), facilities convenient, good wifi, parking adequate and I would certainly stay again.

Australia Day weekend found myself, mum and sister in Launceston to celebrate my sisters birthday. Mum had pre-booked Adina apartments for us to stay one night. On Saturday 27th January we arrived into a wonderfully clean, spacious and air conditioned room (the temperature outside nearing forty) so walking in to the cool room was utter bliss. We had a two bedroom apartment and just the perfect size for us and we had a little balcony as well. Being on the third floor we gained wonderful views of Launceston, especially at night. The location of the apartments was so convenient. Being able to walk by foot to most places, we had a booking for dinner down by the waterfront and we could walk to and from Adina apartments without hassle. A special mention does have to go to Kelly who works for Adina Apartments and the wonderful cleaning team. I upon arriving back in Hobart had realised that I'd left my beloved Naked (Urban Decay) eyeshadow palette- an eyeshadow palette that still carried quite a bit of value product wise and even more so sentimentally. After I spoke with my mum to see if she picked it up she decided to phone Adina apartments on the off chance it was still there. Usually it is a complete policy for them to throw out any used make up products. Kelly kindly enough had a look and found that the cleaning staff and not yet disposed of it, she grabbed it and will now post it back to Hobart for me. A wonderful team and a wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

The apartments are in in an excellent location, in walking distance of the city, parks and the outstanding Design Tasmania Wood Collection (woodwork museum). Our apartment had an outstanding view over the city. While our two-bedroom suite was looking a little bit dated, it was well laid out and quite functional. It was large enough for 4 adults. On the down-side, we had some very minor minor problems with housekeeping during our three-day stay, and the wi-fi was next-to-useless. In summary, it was functional, in a great location, and good value for money.

Just a quick review we stayed here for a week as a small group place was clean tidy and staff very helpful and knowledgeable about restaurants and tourist spots they recommended us to goto okeefes for a meal and smokey joes both were spot on and i would recomend anyome visiting this end of the state to staf here

We had a wonderful time in the hotel. The room was very clean, we had everything to prepare nice meal, beer and wine to byin the lobby, washing mashine, staff was nice and informative. Good value! We'll be back!

Comfortable and clean place to stay, been here twice now and was more than happy with the accommodation. My first visit I stayed on the third floor which gave us awesome views of the city. My latest visit I stayed on the ground floor, the views were not as good but it did allow easy access with parking out the front. Highly recommended and would stay here again
