We did not end up staying at this property because of the condition of the backyard and a few indoor issues. The AC was not cooling the house, the backyard was filthy and many things broken. Pool and hot tub were not usable. Bedroom furniture was broken. That said, the house was very clean and the property manager was extremely responsive and helpful. We ultimately decided to find other accommodations because the goal of our trip was to spend time outdoors as a family in a nice backyard.

The process from our initial booking went flawlessly. Information was provided in a timely manner and we appreciated the timely responses to our questions.The home was clean and the appliances were excellent. The home was stocked with just the right amount of supplies, utensils and bedding for the comfortable beds. The dining chairs could be a bit more comfortable tho. The internet was fast and entertainment was great.Shopping and great dinning options were nearby and easily accessible with a broad variety of choices.The only disappointment was discovering the hot tub had been left open for a long period of time allowing it to evaporate to 50% capacity. While refilling, the filter released a large cloud of dirt that left us unwilling to use the tub during our stay. I notified the host and they had a cleaner arrive the following day and serviced the tub while we were away.I don't fault the host, as it was clear they take good care of this home.Overall, it was a very good experience and value.

This is definitely one of the most responsive hosts and we really appreciated their constant assistance. We unfortunately went during the colder months so could not make much use of the outdoor amenities but it looked great. It is definitely an older place so had some quirks to it but overall was a good experience!

This was a comfortable home with excellent cooking facilities/equipment. We LOVED the firepit and grill. And we had the giant television in LR on most of the time enjoyiing Christmas music and classic Christmas movies....great fun. Pets were comfortable and the totally enclosed yard was wonderful for them. What a pity it was too cold to enjoy the outdoor dining, pool, etc. - its a great set up. I'd love for us to return in warmer weather to enjoy different things! Property manager was VERY responsive, even helped us recover a forgotten instant read thermometer after check out. Thank you from all of us.

Stay was nice, only concerns Pool was freezing and unusable and checkout was early in my opinion 10AM is on the early side and should be between 11 or 12.

*Disclaimer* we were refunded $300. House was well stage, 2 off bedrooms well cared for. Nice outside seating area. The pool & hot tub were filthy and unuseable. Masterbed needs replaced and updated. Backyard fence needs secured. locking.

Short mid week stay

Stayed at this beautiful property for 2nights. Nice quiet neighborhood away from the hussle and bussle of the strip. Host and assistant were very helpful. Check-in process was smooth and convenient. The only issuse was the pool was extremely warm... not sure if it was just from the record temperatures that week or if the heater was turned on but overall the stay was nice and I would definitely stay again 🤗

1 night and 1 day syay

The neighborhood is quiet. Inside of the house is clean and tidy However, the backyard and the front yard is not as pictured. The front yard was not really maintained. Its all dried plants. I do understand the extreme heat but at least try trimming the dead plants. In addition, there was a broken umbrella shade left by the fence next to the driveway and it doesn't look appealing to a customer who is renting a house. The backyard has overgrown bushes that needs trimming as well There was also a used towel and inflatables behind the patio chair. Not sure if cleaning crew check that. The pictures also shows laundry has detergents but , there's only a small box of dryer sheets. The kitchen in the pictures shows full stock of tea bags. I don't drink tea but when we got there, only 2 teabags in the canister. Other than that it was a decent stay since the house has excellent air-conditioning .
