This beautiful ultra luxurious 3000sf newly renovated vacation home is located in an upscale neighborhood near the best that Las Vegas has to offer. This expansive home boasts 5 beautifully appointed bedrooms and 3 full baths. Close to the Strip, One exit from McCarren International Airport, Raiders Stadium, The Las Vegas Convention Center, Town Square, Lake Mead and so much more!

This immaculate home conveys luxury inside and out with designer furniture, a modern fully appointed kitchen with all of the kitchen gadgets that you need to cook a great meal. Relax and unwind in the backyard under the pergola, or in the private resort-style pool while enjoying the built-in BBQ and dining space. The home is surrounded by great restaurants, supermarkets, parks, coffee shops, and everything you need to feel right at home.
The master bedroom has a beautiful and extremely comfortable king bed, a flat-screen tv, large workspace and an ensuite bathroom. Then there are two spectacular queen bedrooms with flat screen tvs and two additional bedrooms with two full beds for a total of seven beds. Everything is brand new with high-end luxury sheets and beautiful brand new beds.

I do think the outdoor furniture could use upgrades and I would say the house is alot older than the pictures make it look. The house itself could use some upgrades for the price per night. A Bachelorette's Paradise.

My bridal party and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ashley's property. The house was beautifully decorated with more than enough room for the six of us. The kitchen had all the necessities. All four of us enjoyed our visit. The home was very comfortable and reasonably close to the events we had planned. For future guests, recommend providing at least one box of cleanix, napkins/paper towels and salt/pepper. The house was not clean upon arrival, and the condition did not reflect the listing photos. The refrigerator filter needs to be replaced, as indicated by the red warning light, and the air filters were very dusty. Additionally, there is no drain stopper in the master bathtub, leaving the tub unusable.
