This hotel is really lovely and I would thoroughly recommend a visit there. For the last seven holidays (after having an awful room in Las Vegas } I always email and asked for a high floor room - this is the first hotel which has replied to my email (within one hour) and on arrival I was given the room which I requested. This is typical of this hotel and shows just how much the staff/family care for their guests this attitude continued throughout our stay. Reception was manned by Andreus in the mornings and due to staff holidays by his lovely wife in the afternoons. The personal touch was always evident a warm greeting when entering/leaving the hotel and your key always given to you without you having to give your room number - a small thing but a lovely personal touch. The room was great, far bigger than many of the rooms we have stayed during our European travels. Being a small hotel the pool was never crowded and there were plenty of sunbed. and tables and chairs around the pool. The bar was well stocked and prices were extremely reasonable. Spotlessly clean and plentiful hot water - also bath tub. Really quiet and peaceful hotel. We never return to a hotel twice but this was our second visit and we are planning to go again later this year!! Absolutely perfect
Good location, just few minutes walking to larnaca castle, agios lazaros church and city center. The staff were so nice and friendly (Andrea and the other lady). Breakfast was fine with good variety. WiFi is only free in the lobby area not free in the rooms. No safe, fridge or hair drier in the room but you can ask for them if you want with extra fees. So close to the airport.
This is a very good variant for a budget travel. The hotel is situated in 5 mins walk from the beach and 15 mins walk from the city center (although these walks will be completely under the sun). First I was really surprised by the plastic furniture in the room, but then I got used to it. The only thing I didn't like was the broken mirror in the bathroom. But I didn't change the room at 1 reason: we were staying in the room 101, and it is situated on the building turn with the window on the pool so there are much less sun than it could have been. So it is not so hot in the room as it is on the other side of the building. Of course they have air conditioner but you can only turn it on when you are in the room (because for this you will need to insert your key). So 101 will be the perfect room when they change the mirror. I also liked the staff service here. They were helping us a lot and providing a very useful info. As for the breakfast there was nothing special, but well enough for these money. Free Wi-fi is only accessible on the first floor. Overall I am satisfied with my rest here for the money I spent.
I spent one week in this hotel. There are orange trees near the hotel and the smell of their flowers was amazing. The hotel is very near the sea, easy to go to the hotel by bus from the airport. The staff is very kind, they help if someone is needed. The breakfast is good. There are cats in the hotel, so animal lovers can enjoy it very much. Cyprus cats are kind and happy when someone likes them. The bed was comfortable.
Arrived rather late in evening with bus 425 from the airport (1,5 Euro). Not much street lights in this part of town. Lucky enough to find a restaurant some 100m. away. There is also a very good one (Portokali) on the main/beach road. Check-in a bit slow since receptionist were first helping a customer with WIFI-issues. Free WIFI only in lobby. Room was dated and with light blue plastic (!) interior. A time-machine. Cleaning very good. A bit cold at night in March. Breakfast is ok. There are more central locations than this but price was competetive so I was happy to stay here.
Stayed in September 2015. Quiet, inexpensive hotel with a nice pool, located 20 minutes from the city center and beach. Very friendly and helpful staff. Basic rooms with aircon and nice view from balcony cleaned daily. Would have been 4/5 if breakfast was better - I was disappointed with the choice and quality of food. If you look for a cheap and peaceful place to stay and don't mind bad breakfast, this hotel is for you.
The Person at the Reception was very unfriendly and not helpful. My friend had planned to stay for a month but decided not to in view of the girl at the reception. I won't consider recommending this hotel to my friends. The Receptionist needs to be trained how to address the guests and more polite.
Basic room with aircon, ensuite, double bed, TV and breakfast included for a very reasonable rate. Hotel taxi picked me up at midnight as arranged. Clean, everything worked as it should. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Free WIFI in reception / bar area. I was there for 2 nights only for business but would stay for longer if on holiday and wanted to spend my money wisely on tours etc rather than a fancy room and facilities I would not normally use.
Depending on what you paid per night via several possible sources, this hotel is about right for the price on its own website. Very good walking distance to the Beach, City Centre and Bus 425 stop. Very close to the airport too. The room was clean and the standard is just about the price it commands. There is no English speaking News station in the bedroom but there are many more options at the Reception Bar Television which l want to assume is aimed at boosting business at the Bar or may be it will cost the hotel more to have variety of TV stations in the bedroom and why it was avoided. Family run hotel and a friendly reception. Possible to hire a bicycle for 6euros a day next door. Basic buffet continental breakfast which is just right for the price of the hotel. Wifi is free at lobby areas but for a fee in the bedroom. Quite good overall if you limit your expectation to the hotel rates
This hotel is very expensive in relation to what it provides. Maybe it would be different other times of the year. I came start of Feb and had a lot of work to do on my laptop. Wifi was free downstairs but nowhere really comfortable to work and wifi became very slow as more came back in common room and went online. Cost 3 euro to have wifi in bedroom but the heating was broken and room was freezing. Around 3am reception gave me a small heater to warm up a little and next day someone came and fixed the air conditioner that would only blow cold air. It starting blowing warm (ish) air but didn't warm the room that much even leaving it on all night (just took away the chill at best). TV didn't work properly and also would take hdmi link. Staff were night and supportive and their link for car hire was excellent and efficient. Wouldn't stay there again and after driving then to Limassol to Trip Yard hostel and having 5 times the quality for a third of the price gave me a stark contrast to reflect on.
