This apartment is located on the famous Finikoudes promenade beach front, considered as one of the most famous beaches in Cyprus. The heart of Larnaca town is just behind the apartment walking distance. All restaurants and cafes are within walking distance, Starbucks right downstairs and a great play area for the kids next door.

Beach is just a few meters across the road where you can hire a beach bed and an umbrella for €7.50 for the whole day.

This lovely spacious apartment is directly on the Finikoudes promenade, it has a private front entrance door and an elevator to the 3rd floor.

There are sliding patio doors leading to the balcony with patio table and chairs, overseeing city views. It has a brand new fully equipped kitchen with an electric oven, hob and a washing machine, while its private bathroom is stocked with a shower and hairdryer. The seating area is fitted with a flat-screen, satellite TV and DVD player. Free WiFi is available in all areas.

Car hire is available at the property and the area is popular for snorkeling.

The apartment block overlooks the sea & the beach hence the name of the accommodation! There is nothing bad or wrong to say about this place. My host was superb alongside the management team who were always courteous and obliging to help in any way. Thanks

I like the idea of the nightlight in the bathroom floor! I didn’t like that neither the table lamps, floor lamp, or light over the stove surface worked. Is it light bulbs???
