The staff were generally very helpful and the facilities at the hotel were clean & good. however, the rooms are tied and in need of renovation and the food could do with a bit more variety. I suspect the food quality has dropped in recent years due to all inclusive holiday makers now using the hotel. could do better. ALSO NEEDS A GOOD UK all day breakfast cup of tea

I booked a mini suite for a couple plus an 11 year old child. The holiday is not 5 star, I've stayed at many 5 star hotels across Europe and this hotel did not meet the standards. Good bits Positive: We paid all inclusive - food choices and drinks are average but ok. You can reserve your sun bed for your whole stay with beach towels. Negatives: Rooms are not 5 star at all! Food is ok. But don't expect amazing quality Summary: Our family holiday didn't cost us 5 star quality which was a let down. The hotel was nice the food was good. I probably wouldn't go back only because I expect more when you book a holiday which states it is 5 star, which this hotel is definitely not.

The couple of wandering swimmers were driven ashore to this marvelous resort located in the eastern side of the Larnaka gulf, amid palm trees and a lovely gorgeous sunshine lasting until the sun sets on the Olympus peak, neatly drawing the skyline during the last daily swim. Location is optimal to explore the south-east side of this magnificent island, above all the area of Capo Greco with all its trails, beaches and caves, and an excellent bus connection allows even the lazy tourist a trip to the main places for daily excursions (the current reality of Nicosia is really worth a visit) as well as short notice downtown strolls to greet the smiling liòn along the Finikoudes, a stimulating visit to the Pierides Museum or a walk around the phoenician temples ruins. On the other hand, if pure relax is needed, choice is perfect: long, unending swimming along the vast shore or through the several pools offer a total recreation from everyday business: an indoor roman style bath also hides in the shadow. Never seen in our long experience such a great respect towards other guests peace in the community, even on the side of the younger ones, and appreciated evening artists always took care to perform their shows without unnecessary delays. A unique experience indeed to celebrate our second decade. Note of merit first of all to a selected part of the staff (Ms.Christiana and Mrs.Niki in the lead with her excellent Italian language fluency) that, besides solving all the small issues that might arise during the stay, also provide first hand information to our curiosity. Kindness of restaurant and room personnel is admirable. Food was superb with each buffet dinner offering a different theme and an appreciated effort to integrate the choice with traditional local flavours already at breakfast time for the guest’s joy. Still delighted by the special surprise of a Levantine afternoon, we look forward to the next dive in classics.

Great hotel. From the time of arrival the service was great. We booked the mini-suite. We had complimentary red wine and fruits and other cypriot delights. We had nespresso machine in the room along with tea/coffee accessories. Because we were a coupke just married we also had a complimentary champaigne delivered whenever we liked, wherever. Jacuzzi in veranta was amazing with superb sea view. Huge buffets for breakfast and dinner with variety of delicioys foods. Different theme fir food each night. Great stay!!! Highly suggest.

We went there as a huge group to attend a wedding there. The Ceremony and everything took place at the hotel. Very convenient place for weddings by the way but that's not the point. The hotel is big enough, the rooms are very clean and spacious, the outdoor common area is the main advantage of this hotel. The pools and the beach are the best thing, we spent most of our times on the beach, you can reserve your seats on the beach by simply putting your room number on them, which extremely helpful for us. The food at the restaurant wasn't perfect and a bit expensive but it was fine for us. The service is maybe the best thing about the hotel, we spent a late night outside drinking and ran out of couple of things, the room service people made sure that we had everything we needed even though it was outside their tasks, they literally saved our night and ameliorated our vacation and we really appreciated that. Would highly recommend this hotel for families and groups looking forward to spend their time together.

The place, facility and staff were amazing. Super recommended for Gluten Free foods (Just talk to the chefs) Very good location and service from everyone. We will surely come back and recommend. Thanks

We stayed at this hotel in late August and were allocated a wonderful room overlooking the pool and sea - being on the fourth floor we had a wonderful view all round. We found the buffet meals providing an excellent choice in an airy restaurant with plenty of room to obtain food even when busy with people serving themselves. The small shop had English newspapers as well as essential holday items. The room service was excellent and the hotel spotless The beach area had plenty of sunshades so we could seek shade when required and we had no trouble getting loungers close to the sea the one chosen then reserved by the hotel for the duration of our stay so no issue with those irritating people who put towels on the lounger of choice and then disappear for most of the day.

As soon as we entered the hotel, our debit card was demanded in spite of the fact that we had paid in full three months in advance. Because our card had been renewed, the hostile management forced us to agree to reimburse payment to our renewed card and then promised to withdraw the same amount. Why? We don't know. When we returned to London, we checked our balance and we found that they had taken £98 extra. We have written a letter of complaint but we have had no response from them. In addition, the electronic lock to our room malfunctioned and it took over an hour very late at night for it to be repaired. As if this was not enough, my wife was served with rotten food that we had to send back to their kitchen. Our holiday was ruined. We spent several hours dealing with issues instead of relaxing. Is this a five star hotel? Don't make me laugh!!!

We stayed in the middle of August (couple with two children), we have booked a suitte for 4 persons, which includes a very big balcony and jakuzzi with great view! Wonderful location, 20 minutes from the airport, 10 meters from the sea!!! Extremely close to the sea. Very clean, room service was outstanding, twice a day the towels were changed, every day we had a bottle of mineral water and fruite! Every person we met from the hotel staff was extremely frendly, unfortunately I don't know the name of the person who made check in, but it was a very nice feeling to be excepted like that (by the way, it is possible to receive an adaptor just don't forget to return it during the checkout), the girls in the dining room, especially Inna and Petya - thank you! The food was delecious, very good assortment. Very calm atmosphere, nice music. Very good WIFI everywhere in the hotel! We enjoyed staying in this hotel very much.

Wow, 5 star rubbish. Rooms are so old, shower leaks, air con is loud and low powered, background noise in rooms so loud even after changing rooms, they didn't replace the toiletries. 5 star hotel maybe 20 years ago, I asked the dining manager for a coffee because no staff to be seen, she says find a waitress!!!! 5* B#@*H!!! Service is in the dark ages. Spa staff were lovely and a complete contrast to hotel. Breakfast had big variety, very busy, chose wisely as some items were bland. Dinner was on a different level, appalling!!!! Three pasta dishes, four meat dishes, salads, everything tasted of the same boring cardboard. There own private beach and sea was filthy. If I could have moved out, I would have. They changed the bedclothes sheets once in 6 nights, balcony had a bad smell every evening. More powerful (supposedly) Hair dryer triped the fuses every time, took a day to be delivered to the room, I offered to come and get it and was assured it would be 10 minutes, day after I got it myself. The first few days I spent in a boutique hotel of three stars and at half the price and was so much happier then.
