I have stayed a few times ar this hotel it is perfect for a short stay, it is very clean , all working air con , comfy beds, decent bathrooms, clean pool lovely staff, nice couple of local tavernas for fab food, easy walk to the square and not that far to the front strip where you can get a bus to where you want or cut through the square to the 'love napa' statue where the central bus exchange is.

This hotel is a great value for money option in the centre of Ayia Napa. Not even 5 minutes on food to the square. It's decent accommodation with AC. The best thing about it is the staff. The fliendliest pool bar manager who remembers your order every morning. Great food at great prices. A fantastic place if you're looking for somewhere cheap and decent. Recommend!

My stay at the A. Maos was fantastic. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised, as value accommodation usually has some concerns. The hotel has everything you could possible need, it’s a family run business and the staff all want to make your stay pleasant. Location was ideal, walking distance to the night life but far enough away to avoid the all night noise. The hotel is well maintained and the rooms are very clean and spacious. The bar is open all hours and the food is delicious. Thank you for the great hospitality and a fantastic holiday.

I will not recommend this property to anyone and I am very serious as the feedback involves safety and security. I was threatened by the receptionist Mr Hammad who also used obscene language with me and family. Reviewers may wonder what led him to do so and I also wonder and the only reason I could only think of is that he is either racist or a drug addict. The incident required that I contact the police. I will never return to this hotel. As a female with a child, I checked out immediately after the incident. This is in addition to other factors that involve cleanliness and noise.

Huoneen sisÀilma todella todella huono, viemÀrit ja hanat haiskahtivat vahvasti homeelle, vesi haisi homeelle joka paikassa (allas suihkus myöten). WC oli todella tunkkainen viemÀrimÀinenhaju ja pahasti homeen hajuinen sekÀ WC pönttö haisi, WC ovea ei voinut jÀttÀÀ hetkeksikÀÀn auki, koska se haju olisi levinnyt koko huoneistoon. YöllÀ ei ilma vaihtunut yhtÀÀn, ja öiden jÀlkeen todella vaikea hengittÀÀ, koska oli niin tukossa yön jÀlkeen, astmaatikkona jouduin ottamaan avaavaa suurilla annoksilla jotta pystyin olemaan. Ett vÀlskött hotell med en hel del fina vÀxter pÄ olika stÀllen runt hotellbyggnaden. VÀlskött pool och gott om solstolar. Parkeringen för cirka 7 bilar pÄ gÄrden. Vi fick alltid perkering under vÄra 13 nÀtter pÄ hotellet. Bra bar med bord och stolar. Det serverades lite enklare mat av bra kvalitet. Vi hade ett Studio Superior rum. Kök med tvÄ plattor och ett kylskÄp. Det fanns ett kokkÀrl och en stekpanna. Vattenkokare och brödrost. Porslin och bestick till 2 personer. Ngr fÄ andra redskap. Havsglimt och utsikt över staden. Rummen Àr vÀlsisolerade. Men inte dörrarna... VÀlj rummen vid poolen om ni vill slippa störande ljud frÄn trapphuset. Det var mÄnga unga mÀnnskor som bodde pÄ hotellet. De kom oftavhem sent pÄ natten... Men vi personligen bryr oss inte om sÄdant. Mycket trevliga mÀnniskor som arbetade pÄ hotellet. Bra stÀdning var tredje dag.
