The Larmor-Plage Casino is a 10-minute walk away. The Kerguelen nautical center and marina are 2km away, with boat departures for Port-Louis, Groix, and other cruises. The exceptional location of this charming family property offers many advantages. The house, with sea views, has 7 rooms and a living area of approximately 164.39 m² on a 588 m² garden. It benefits from a dual east-west aspect.
The house comprises an entrance hall, a living room (with a lounge, a sitting room featuring a decorative fireplace, and a dining room, totaling 54 m²), a separate 8.90 m² kitchen, and 5 bedrooms on two levels. The first landing leads to a 14 m² bedroom with a single bed (90 cm) and a sink, and a 13 m² bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a sink. Both bedrooms have access to a spacious garden terrace. The third bedroom, measuring 18 m², features a queen-size bed (160 cm), access to the bathroom and toilet, and, most importantly, a sea view. The second landing leads to two attic bedrooms: one of 19 m² with a double bed (140 cm) and a sea view, and another of 17.65 m² with a double bed (140 cm) and a bathroom with a toilet.
