The Résidence Les Villégiales enjoys a central location between the town center and the beach, giving this 2-bedroom apartment on the top floor with elevator and garage an exceptional advantage. The entrance has a built-in wardrobe, the spacious living/dining room opens onto a terrace with sea views, and the separate kitchen is fully fitted and equipped (fridge, stovetop, oven, microwave). There is one bedroom with a king-size bed (180 cm) and a second bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a single bed (90 cm), a shower room, and a toilet. Wi-Fi and a garage are also available.

*Cleaning: We require that the rubbish bins, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher be emptied and the barbecues cleaned. Glass bottles must be taken to the designated recycling containers in town. If you opted for the linen service, it must be removed and folded at the foot of the bed.
