The room wasn't clean, no room key was given at check in. My email to Orbitiz. The insult is that Orbitiz would list the property and then offer a 25 one key cash. Never use Orbitiz that is the take away.

Thank you for the update, however I strongly disagree with this outcome.
I am requesting a full refund due to the condition of the property and the room at check-in. My reservation allowed check-in at 3:00 PM, and when I arrived around 4:00 PM, the room I was assigned was still dirty and not cleaned. I was literally allowed to enter a room that was not ready for occupancy, which is completely unacceptable.
In addition, the overall condition of the hotel was unsanitary and filthy, and not consistent with what was advertised at the time of booking. I have photos documenting the condition of the room/property and can provide them immediately upon request.
Offering $25 in One Key Cash does not resolve the issue and does not reflect the seriousness of the situation. I am asking Orbitz to escalate this case to a supervisor/manager who has the authority to approve the refund.

If this matter cannot be resolved promptly, I will move forward with disputing the charge through American Express, using my documentation as supporting evidence.
