Everything has some good and some bad. The location was good, on the main street near the mall. The staff were nice and helpful. But the property was a bit run down. My room was on the 3rd floor and the shower gave barely a trickle, I mean it was virtually unusable, and would alternate between super hot and super cold, nothing in between. The internet kept booting me off. But if you're not into showering or internet, then it's a good deal.

Good: Jennifer and her sister were very nice and helpful with everything we asked for. Room was clean. Bad: The place needs lots of renovation. Towels were very worn out, so thin, that we could hardly dry ourselves. Other towel had holes. Pillow case had a big hole. Airconditioner was leaking water.

Very nice staff...always attentive to every need! My only gripe was that 50% of the time there wasn’t enough water in the tank to trip the shower heater on...so cold showers. Very close to a mall for shopping and eating and transportation. A very convenient place...I will stay again.

Chills!

ALL the Workers are very cordial and helpful. The only gripe I have is that they don’t keep the water level high enough in the tank for showered. When the tank is low, the pressure is low, and it doesn’t trip the heater to turn on for a warm shower. In a week have had only 2 warm showers...the rest were cold....showering twice a day. Good location as is 200 yards from the mall and food/shopping/transportation.

Not worth it, even for proximity to airport

Its about 30mins to airport on a good day because of traffic and lots of lical bbq and food establishments walking distance. Place had really dirty floors, don’t walk barefoot. Outdated decor, noisy if neighbours are not careful, moldy sheets required a change and possible bed bugs gave wife multiple bites.

Great Stay at Hotel Europa!

Friendly and very assistive staffs. I will recommend to friends abd relatives. Much better if they will sell and cater foods for guests!

not a value for the money

the hotel smells as you enter, they attempted to blame it on recent smokers but it was the smell of musty unkempt surfaces. I booked a family room yet was surprised that it is no different from a standard room except they crammed in a bunk bed set. what good can be said about the place. the paint color was pleasing, tv worked. other than that I think you can find much better alternatives. this place is not in the business of servicing customers.

Dont expect too much for the price you pay.

Hotel is ok,if you are too fuzzy with cleanliness then don't stay in this hotel. Staffs are ok they are accommodating. WIFI is available thanks goodness, No elevator, shower is not functioning well, light switch is dangerously near the shower that it gets wet when you take a shower.Single lock door and unfortunately not very secure, tried opening it with a card inserted through the door gap and it opens No phone inside the room no emergency numbers displayed anywhere, very noisy outside you can hear a lot of noise when new guest arrives in the middle of the night.Location is nice its near Gaisano grand mall a few minutes walk.
